#631191 First Female Navy Seal...?

Posted by ErinM on 06 June 2013 - 02:09 PM

Technically she isn't the first female SEAL since she was still a he when in the Teams.

And it's SEAL, not seal. It's an acronym.

They happen once every two years(since 1992, at least). They're a pretty big deal.

In short, get over it.

She better have not ignored me, as I haven't done anything wrong or said anything wrong either.

You aren't owed an explanation.

I might ignore you now just because this entire thread makes you sound like an asshole.

Eh. Studying/traveling abroad is an awesome experience, but it's a luxury.

#472304 Underagers In Chat

Posted by ErinM on 12 February 2012 - 09:46 PM

Ok this might sound a bit harsh, but maybe new people couldn't join the chat until they have a few moderator approved posts first and set questions to make them try and slip up, at least to see how they type. Which should drive minors away, as they bound to slip up and write something that gives them away as being underage.
I bet mostly all of minors don't know what say southern comfort is for example, compaired to the usual stella for example.
Or diaper questions like I bet minors don't know what a Bambino or DRY 24/7 is? Unless they find out on other sites, like bloody a**sc.....

It took me all of about 10 seconds to do a search on Southern Comfort.

Even the most sheltered ABDL will know what a Bambino is.

Kids are not as stupid as some people think they are. They can and will answer correctly any set of questions you pose no matter how complicated they happen to be. Kids know the ins and outs of the internet because there is a good chance that they have grown up with it and have been using it since they were able to type.

#455578 Should I Tell My Mum I Like To Wear Nappies

Posted by ErinM on 01 January 2012 - 11:33 PM

What is it with people wanting to tell their parents about this fetish? I see it all the time and it confuses me.

Nothing good will ever come from you telling your mom that you like diapers. Period.

Think about it this way. Would you want to know about your mom's sex life?

Why would someone buy a baby diaper they can't fit into? That makes absolutely zero sense.

#454978 Chat Kicking Poll

I will note that I have yet to see anybody provide a reason why any of these people should be tolerated

For the lulz?

#448490 Chatroom Rules

Posted by ErinM on 11 December 2011 - 05:35 PM

Can we actually add 'Please don't be creepy' to the general rules? I know it's common sense but people who are being creepy won't get the boot just because they aren't sending unsolicited PMs even if people are freaking out.

Those creepy people are the idiots that don't pay attention to rules, so adding it as a rule is rather useless.

#444188 Why Is A Site For Acceptance So Judging

Posted by ErinM on 19 November 2011 - 02:05 PM

Apart from the above, some people use net speak, and text language, where they forget that this is an INTERNATIONAL site, used by people worldwide, where English is not their primary language. That, I personally find rude.

It might be an international site, but it is based in the United States. Thus, English is the primary language.

Why should 90% of members change so the 10% of members(note: guessing at percentages) can use this site? That doesn't make any sense. Just look at AB Kingdom. Forum-wise, it's mostly in French, but there is a small portion that is in English.

I have requested this before, for members to use full and as correct as possible English, and use some punctuation. On a site like this, the only way your point will be read is if it is legible.

Unless you have the power to ban people(thus, being a mod), people are going to blow your "requests" off because they don't really care and they know you can't do anything about it. You can't force people to conform to your standards.

Personally, I try and always use proper spelling and grammar because I find excessive net/text speak to be annoying.

When it comes to smilies, I don't use them because I never think to. Honestly, excessive use of smilies is annoying as all hell, too.

All I'll say is I sometimes come off as a bitch online because I have a low tolerance for stupidity.

I'm with everyone else. There has to be more to this story. Customers and employees don't just stop what they are doing and stare at you for no reason.

#347507 Where'S Cheaper?

Posted by ErinM on 26 September 2010 - 10:34 PM

Quick comparison using their respective websites.

WalGreens: $12.49 for a pack of 12 L/XL for boys.
WalMart: $20.00 for a pack of 24 L/XL for boys.

Do the math.
