Huh, in our area, there is an armed guard posted in the building of your agency.

I do agree that it's a societal issue at it's core, but I believe that the law can change to make medical records available for firearms background checks.  I know it's a slippery slope, but it's something that needs to be done.

??? Valid point.  The current language is broad and frankly uninformed of what makes a dangerous weapon.  The only weapons I have issue with are those that are capable of firing more than one bullet with a single trigger pull.

? by law already on the books unless you have a class 3 license NO ONE can own a fully auto (Meaning multi rounds w/ 1 trigger pull) so by your last statement you are not refusing any gun that a citizen can own (which includes assault weapons). Case in point an AR 15 & their knock off look alikes (Semi-Auto) should stay legal (1 round = 1 trigger pull) VS an M16 (Switchable Fully- Auto) which looks the same as AR which our men of war are carrying) Would be considered illegal. What has actually changed, An M16 is already illegal to own!! w/ the exception of people that go through alot to legally own 1. What I'm getting at is that the person (law abiding Citizen) that owns a fully auto isn't going to do something as stupid as going out an shooting someone. What should be done is inforce the laws that are already on the books. The criminals are always going to get Fully-auto by making or importing them  the same as drugs. The only way to keep it somewhat stopped is to NOT disarm the law abiding citizens (They are the last Front from total cahos) Ask yourself if a gun toting intruder came into you house, What choices do you have if your right to own a gun was taken away, Call the police an wait 10 min + for them to show (Now I live in a small town that If I called (which I have in another emergency it only took them 4 min) but I do k now in bigger cities it can take quite a while. Would you still be alive or just another stat??

What I don't understand about your statement is just what do you really consider an assult weapon? It's really funny that I can make a SKS (that only factory allows a 10 round fixed mag) look like a regular rifle an in the same time frame build a pump shotgun to look like an assult weapon. If gun ban does go into effect there will be alot more regular gun lovers that will be criminals in the eyes of the law, Me included in the law abiding citizens that will NOT give up my weapons (which by the way doesn't include any assult weapons as most fools would put it) I wouldn't want or need, I have a real nice bolt action rifle that I shoot 15/16 th groups @ 600 yrds. I'l pit that up against any AR or SKS any day. If guns are ban ARE YOU willing to allow YOUR car to be taken away or to have a permanent beathalizer installed as a stock item on all cars to stop Drunk driving, or A lock on your cell phone so that if you are moving via GPS at more than walking speed it won't accept or allow you to text. The problem w/ any ban it tramples on OUR 2nd Amend!!!   My rant for the day. Sorry

IMO I believe tey ar as good as bambino diapers, I've had bad luck w/ bambino's being cut wrong, tapes not there, ect. to being about half the shipment only being useable as a diaper the others had to be used as liners. Which I can say I've never had any problems with classy confort, My words for them are very babyish, absorbent, & fit well.
