I've always liked wearing diapers for as long as I can remember. However, after the usual struggle we all go though I (in part) decided to join the military. A bad car wreck while on duty put me back into diapers with urge incontinence. 16 years later I finally gave up on the docs to fix me or at least reduce the painful urges. I used catheters for 7 months to reduce my bladder size and sphincter strength. Now with a much more consistent incontinence (and no more instant leaks from flooding) I enjoy wearing diapers again.
update; Foolish me I've let the urologist try and eliminate my urges all together. Instead, they've been trying to "cure" me all the while, making things worse. Now if I can only get a doctor to see that diapers are so much better than this constant struggle.
