    I have had pretty good luck with "Adult Cloth Diaper" company and they also sell plastic pants to fit about anyone or if you have a special need they can custom make PP to size.

    I enjoy the feel of a wet diaper on in the morning so (unless it is about to leak) I just keep it on for a while.

    The only "plastic pants" that I know of that are not affected by oils or diaper creams are ones made of Polyurethane.
