Hehe I think that's a no brainer that skirts and dresses are easy for them to check and change their diapers so I didn't mention it. Also going more for the whole breeching and all. It was kind of known and accepted that till the kid was trained and didn't need to stay in diapers. They kept the boy in dresses and gowns for ease of access and it was basically kept as a toddler and all. They had differences often unless the mom, big sister, nanny, etc was having some fun. Or he mostly wore hand-me-downs of his big sisters baby clothes. Now they wouldn't be in pigtails and bows as a boy all the time. However their caretaker might have some fun with at times and it wasn't uncommon to just dress a baby cute over trying to make them boyish and all.

Hope we get a new chapter soon. Also, know they kind of keeping John somewhat "sheltered." However, I would love to see him get another good peak behind the curtain and maybe even get to talk and enteract with a little from this dimension. Hear their tale of being taken from their life and family and given a new identity with little to no imput on the matter. We saw a few here and there from the poor "little guy soon to be gal" "not" naked girl in just a diaper and guy in a suit and diaper from the adoption center. Curious at what point of stage would they be and how would they react to hearing John is a portal little. Though guessing the reason he has been kept from seeing too much of the littles of this world might be to avoid those panic attacks he was having when he does see the "truth behind the curtain" and all. Amanda doing what she thinks is best for her little guy now. Plus she had a hard time trying to explain why a man was dress like a baby girl/sissy baby. I'm curious how much that is a thing in her city/region. Though we all seen that troupe of dressing a baby/toddler in cute boyish and girlish outfits regardless of their sex and all. Hell, till modern times. Babies didn't have a gender till they were potty trained/breeched, so they all wore dresses and diapers while kept in a sissy/girlish state due to hand-me-downs and the fact pants were hard to make at the time and not worth it as they grow out of it in months compared to a dress. But I'm rambling, can't wait to read the next chapter and see how Mike makes it through Mall Daycare.

Yay! New chapter. Also have a feeling that spray might be making a return or another of those specialized products for littles who can't control themselves down there. Hopefully it doesn't have any side effects now hehe

That's kind of what I love about D.D. You have a group of people who are basically seen socially between pets and toddlers. What's worse is that socially most of the Bigs see free littles as "for market" unless someone claimed or taken. Which once it happens. You have the new mothers (or fathers) change their new charge like it's a new custom doll to customize. From choosing their age, wardrobe, even choosing their new little one's gender and "urges." With little to no say given to the little who have to live with the results and the world sees it as normal or even if people don't like it. Know they can't stop or change it, as often the ones who try are targeted and silenced. So rather then try to rise up and risk being stuck in the same playpen they look away and hope to avoid the same fate. Or for the bigs being socially purged and exiled by others.

Love what I saw so far, I love the idea of an abdl horror and creepypastas. Especially when it plays it straight. Since most ABDL stories tend to be "Writer's Barely-Disguised Fetish" which doesn't often work in horror. If you need someone to bounce ideas off, don't be shy and send me message. Got to say, love the last chapter. I love how you keep rising the curtain a little with the different characters and showing the truth of the world, even if Memaw doesn't mean harm and might be John's biggest ally. At the end of the day, she still believes he ISN'T an adult and better off care for by Bigs. Even if she thinks he is more of a "toddler" over an "infant." Also like how he is getting "fussy and overwhelmed" with how he is treated slowly and when it feels right for him over just always kind cool with it or over dramatic about every little thing for the sake of plot and all. Admit it's a fine line as you can't overdo bit at the same time, everyone has breaking points and let's be honest. Even though mostly everyone here wishes they could be John. I doubt John fully likes all the changes to his life as well as able to always handle them without a bit of a "temper tantrum" (or panic attack) now. Also might be naughty to ask, but curious if that spray Karen used on John might have any "side effects" Amanda or his grandma might see or have to deal with? But sorry to hear things haven't been improving. Hopefully they at least won't get worse for you from the sound of it. We all hear for you now, know it must be a rough time now.

I was thinking it was his naughty little pokey popping up during his diaper change. As they see all littles as needing diapers. Though, guess that it might not fully count because though our hero might have had an accident during his physical examination. It was just an normal one over an more "embarrassing" one, then again from what Karen said. Seems like she one of those that expects everyone to "fix" their littles. As she mention off hand as she sprayed John with "boner-b-gone" and all. Wouldn't doubt we see the last of Karen or at least people like her. Especially when John is taken back into town and all.

I think they just mixed the names of Mommy Amanda and little Kate. I prefer male characters myself, and often it's rare to have a male main character in a Diaper Dimension story. Especially one that STAYS a boy, don't hate girls, sissy, and transformed "heroes" now. In fact a few of the stories I read love them in it. However, do like when they get to stay as one as it feels most boy MCs don't stay boys in them and they quickly adjust if they don't prefer/love it right off the bat. Would like to see the shock/dread/etc they would feel as their new gender even if they wanted it. Also know it might be naughty, but love reading when their "little after effects" is showing up and how bigs thinks and deal with it. With or without their or sometimes without even their caregiver's permission. Especially when they can't control themselves and get all blushy and "pokey" in front of everyone😅

Love this new chapter. Been a minute since we seen the truth of the world outside of the safety that Amanda tries to hide from John. I think these stories are best when you have sprinkled with the "horror" of how some of the littles are stucked living with, or seeing some of the tools uses on our little hero cause no one knows its true intentions. As much as we hope to see John stay safe and protected from how the bigs often treat their little charges. I know, at least some of us want to at least peek past the soft and safe nursery towards the horror behind the curtain. Stuff that Memaw would have to tell her daughter to protect her new little grandson. Since we seen Amanda not see them all and John suffer the consequences. Kind of curious what other items, tricks, etc would get around to him and regress him more. Will he keep his toddler status or find himself demoted lower, I think not if Memaw has something to say, but I do think Amanda wouldn't be able to protect him fully herself.

I am curious how this Karen is going to graded our little hero now. Since she doesn't seem like the type of person who thinks you can talk to a little like a peer/big now. Also I have a feeling "Chekhov's toast" might cause him to blow the so-called "interview" for John. Though, John has used this move to get him out of trouble with a Karen before now. So unless Karen wants to grade John's "blowouts" or Amanda's diaper changing skills. I don't think she want to stick around after that.🤣
