    I wear diapers and plastic pants most days around my family. Only my wife knows I wear them. I sometimes put on a ADBL onesie, with diaper and plastic pants to sleep in overnight. My wife see's them.

    When I go into the office now, I wear pullups, so I have the padded feel and feel safe at the same time. Then I don’t have to worry about changing. First time I wore a nappy and plastic pants in the office it did feel so good. However, I had no wear to change so I only wet when I really need to go. This was some years back.

    Thanks for your comments. The study went will and not as bad as I thought it would be :). I need to retrain my bladder and I don't empty fully. The nurse thought I should put a catheter in at night to drain out what is left. The doctor said hold off and try the training first due to risk of infection.

    Well, I have a Urodynamic Study appointment today and am a little nervous. What was your experience having one done.

    I wear plastic pants over my diapers all the time. At home and when out and about. That extra protection makes me feel safer. I also love the crinkling noise when I walk around in a quite setting.

    I liike my diaper tight. Feels more secure. Always with plastic pants and a onesie when wearing overnight. I do find the Abena M4 taps rip if to tight though.
