    Depends on how big your bladder is, but for the most part, yes, they hold a full void. Just gotta wait for like 15 or 20 seconds without sitting down so it can absorb. Best product that they've put out in years

    I only bought the always discreet because they worked better than depends. I only bought the girls goodnites because they fit better with the external equipment. Im definitely not trans. Nope. I only wear skirts cause they hide the diapers better. And I only take estrogen cause I like having my own boobs.

    I had that happen to me last week! Luckily I bought time taking care of it myself (not site appropriate to say how) and then I called up a buddy who is a podiatrist who fixed it all the way (also not gonna say how, still not site appropriate). Suffice to say ignoring it would have lead to way worse complications

    Maddy is really actively trying to not take care of herself. Having a urinary tract infection where she's got a fever of 102, has passed out, likely from hypotension, whether that's from dehydration or infection, likely meets SIRS criteria for sepsis, which can be deadly. As a person who works in Healthcare, I can assure I've seen people die from urosepsis.

    Yikes, sounds like she's got pyelonephritis, a bad kidney infection, with peeing blood, fevers, and vomiting. I keep waiting for her to pass out entirely from the constant dehydration, and end up in the hospital on an IV drip. Then she'll be in diapers, those awful ones the hospital uses. She needs some serious antibiotics Also, @AB_DeLane, this is some fantastic story writing, I'm absolutely loving this. I check for updates multiple times a day. I hope the ideas are finding you!

    Getting quality diapers is the best way to start! Anything from Bambinodiapers.com or abuniverse.com are great. Northshorecare.com has the megamax. My personal favorite right now is the AB universe little kings for cloth backed, and Megamax for plastic backed. If you're more budget conscious, the Tranquility ATN is amazing as well! I hope you enjoy!
