  1. Hi Freswith, and welcome back to the site. I thought that you had retired / left the site since it has been so long. You were missed, and if I can be presumptious, on behalf of all here, you are more than welcomed back. In relation to the story, if you can't think of something for to add to the 'Phone Conversation' story, due to the constraints within a story that long - i.e. charachter and scenario development etc., might it be a good idea to create an ending and create a new story, maybe more closely related to a fictious version of your own life / experiences - that is without disclosing too much detail as to expose oneself? Afterall, Phone Conversation has handled multiple generations of the same core family dynamic, mainly from Amelia being a toddler to her now being the mother/grandmother of children. It has the chance of repeating itself just with different charachter names, but similar scenarios, but this is usually possible with life, where history is destined to repeat itself unless something is changed. I somehow expect, if Phone Conversations is allowed to continue, we will see people in trans-galaxy space ships as in Star Trek, still in diapers and still being changed by their parents - with 'Pembroke Rules' still being employed as the excuse as not to wet / soil carpets / floors. Would the ship be called the 'Enterprise Pembroke' with pure wool flooring, fully stocked nursery including cloth nappies (with futuristic self cleaning and closing cloth versions), plastic pants and cots / cribs with a robotic AI nanny to check and change diapers as and when needed, maybe an electric / holographic version of Gran!
  2. From a medical/biological perspective, urine being placed in the bladder sends signals to a loop that one has learned to interact with to stop the autonomic process of voiding. Similar process exists with bowel filling / voiding. From a mental perspective, this interaction is protected until one fully accepts the following... diapers get wet & soiled diapers leak clothes, chairs, bedding get wet & soiled ..to such an extent that it no longer is of any concern. Until you fully and completely accept this, there will always be problems in releasing, and while you have these problems, you will overfill your diaper which increases the possibility of leakage. Some spinal cord injury paitents revert to, after 2-4 weeks, the autonomic voiding from filling via the same loop pathway unless medical intervention prevents it via bypass surgery etc. This pathway loop exists in most of us (as it was what we used prior to toilet training), but it is the mental block that we inforce that prevents us using this pathway. Similar to what many have stated here, the time to revert to this autonomic voiding is different for each person, but the difference is not based on ability / lack of ability. It is soely based on self belief, of more correctly, the acceptance of lack thereof of ignoring the diaper and is usage.
  3. @hungsmall to me, as an ABDL and diaper wearer, I can see the outline of your diaper / padding, but it is also obvious that you are attempting to disquise it. It is the crease under the rear pocket that outlines the padding, where pulling the jeans leg down a bit would eliminate that. As a result, to most people that do not wear, they would not notice this as they have no point of reference to the size of your butt cheeks, so the common assumption is that you have a more rotound butt. I can offer a bit of advice that, in my humble opinion, a lot of people need to take. It is better to wear clothes that are looser than the ones that are tighter, as the tight fitting clothing, expessially the ones where the buttons etc are under strain, tends to exagerate ones size - i.e. 'one is bursting out of ones clothes due to being so fat' as apposed to having loose fitting clothes where ones actual size, plus what one is wearing beneath ones clothes, is being hidden. The loose fitting clothing also tend to be more comfortable. Since @Goerge is wearing sweat pants, and the material is elastic, it tends to show every bump on ones body since sweat pants are form-fitting, which means that it tightly follows the contours of the part of the body being covered, which also means that if one is wearing a diaper underneath, with form-fitting clothing, one can almost read the print on the diaper. Most of us, unless we are, or percieve we are Adonis or similar, cannot get away with form-fitting clothes in public. Another issue is that some diapers are bleached to become white. If one is wearing multiple washed pants, the material can get thin enough that under certain lights, can become slighly transparent - i.e. flash photography can expose a previously hidden diaper. Loose clothing can also prevent this. Covering disposable diapers can be complicated as a dry non-swelled diaper can fit under some clothing, where when it is wet and swells, tends to get more bulky and therefore expand to stretch the clothing which previously hid same. This is where the long t-shirt / top can hide even an overswelled overnight diaper where relying just on pants to do same can lead to visual tells. @hungsmall, your padding may be hidden now, as it may be mostly dry, but when it is wet, there is a difference. There is also a second issue with some diaposable diapers which is the micro holes in its outer shell, which may create visual dampness on the pants. The other issue is the half moon stain. That is well known to most people as they have witnessed the same tell-tail stain on babies/toddlers from an overfull diaper. That tell will instantly publicize a diaper to most. The long top / t-shirt will also hide this.
  4. I've found it difficult getting onesies in my size expessially ones with childish prints. What I have found is that most people that make adult sized onesies tend to forget and/or change the design / function. A onesies was designed with a snap crotch (so one can change diapers without having to fully strip the baby/child) and the crotch has either elastic legs OR made for elastic material (so that the onesie can support the weigh and shape of a diaper stopping the diaper falling off). Although @DiaperboyEddie12 made the suggestion of Etsy, most of the onesies shown here have not got the elastic legs. Etsy tend to refer to those incorrectly as 'bodysuits'. A bodysuit has legs, arms, feet and sometimes mittens where a onesie is the combination of a vest/t-shirt with underwear with a snap crotch and elastic at the legs all as one garment, and where it is designed for a baby, it has a collar that can fit over the baby/childs head. It is designed as an undergarment so buttons etc are usually not on the item. A bodysuit is designed as a overgarment. It is common for a baby to be dressed in a onesie, covered by outer clothes such as shorts with over sholder straps, and sometimes, over all that, a bodysuit that zips up from toes to neck. Female babies have a dress / babydoll over their onesie. Special needs clothing tend to be made so that the item cannot be removed - i.e. with rear locking zips, where they charge extra for the snap crotch. Since the diaper functionality is a second thought, these types of clothing don't have either the strechy material and/or elastic legs and don't support a diaper. The elastic legs is ideal as it ensures that there is material between the inner thighs and the diaper, so during summer months / with a damp diaper, one does not get friction rash from rubbing inner thighs against the outer of a diaper. Another available option is sleeveless onesies which are ideal under a shirt as the sleeved ones tend to have slighly longer sleeves than a short sleeved shirt. Also, the sleeve tends to bunch when under a shirt. My Solution The two places I have found to get these is AliExpress and Amazon, but be careful in relation to sizes. XL in oriental sizes tend to be M in EU / USA sizes. Personally I am a L in EU sizes, but a 3XL in oriental sizes. I tend to order the plain colours and get iron on transfers so I can decorate these in baby look.
  5. @Goerge yes, your nappy is obvious and as long as you are happy and the people around you do not mind, it is perfectly ok to go around like that in the privacy of your home / shared space. However, when you chose to go out in public it is not usually acceptable to impose your choices which is the bulkyness of your nappy on others. Although it may be your choice and belief, similar to many on this site, to wear and use nappies, to most of the rest of the world specifically parents who are training their toddler to use a toilet, even the image of your bulky nappy can send mixed signals to the toddler. An obvious nappy like that does not need to be wet/messy to have an impact on others. This is one of the many 'precautions' we in the ABDL world have to be aware of, and why most of us (including those who are dependent on nappies/diapers) avoid imposing our choice of underwear on another. To that agenda, we tend to hide / disquise the fact we wear nappies / diapers when in public either by wearing clothes (like a t-shirt / top) that is passes our butt. This means that both the front and rear of the bulk of a diaper is hidden behind the long top. Also, when we soil the diaper, we try to avoid doing same in crowded public which includes moving to private area / bathroom as soon as possible to change so not to impose our smells on another. In conclusion, if you are comfortable in your own home wearing a diaper that bulky and the others that are around you do not mind, then enjoy the diapers.
  6. @Boby, there are many reasons that posts of yours do not appear and none are related to European law if you are UK based, as European law does not apply to you. International law, specifically where it concerns you or another, accessing and/or contributing to a non 'home country based website, where this website is hosted within the European Union, such laws may be applied here. However, due to the dynamic nature of websites, it is difficult to pin down the 'website country' as one to prosocute, as the site owner can easily, and dynamically transfer the site to another country and legal juristriction. It is highly likely that your internet service provides implemented some form of 'filtering' based on scare mongering from your UK government. Under UK and US law, unlike most of the the rest of the world, these citizens are not protected by Data Protection / GDPR. AS such, your personal data is available for anyone to access. Also, this data can be used against the citizen. This site, (simillarly as Google etc) being hosted within the EU, is protected by GDPR which means that this site does not have to disclose its member list nor the data within to anyone else including government and federal branches. i.e, FBI / NSA etc can request information from the site owner, but by international law, the site owner can not disclose said data. If you remember, Apple decided to 'give' their protected data to another, where the European Central Court fined said company €700 million (approx €812 million / GB£616 million) under aforementioned GDPR / Data Protection Act, specifically the Digital Marketing Act 2025. When the UK decided to leave the EU (BrExit), the UK government decided to change some of the laws in relation to Data Protection in favour of removal of the freedoms that exist within the UK. We in Ireland, as a member of the EU, although the Irish & English enjoy an open border between the two countries where it comes to travel of our citizens (that does not include any temporary citizens which would include where either country grants refuge due to war etc.) when it comes to complying with EU laws and freedoms, Ireland treats goods and services to/from UK as being exported from a non-EU country to/from an EU country which means that Ireland has set up a virtual 'customs' border within the Irish Sea. It is still left to UK and its government to address all the concerns and set up the trade partners it requires within / outside the EU, which it has yet to do. This 'non compliance' with setting up trade partners to/from the UK is one of the many reasons local UK companies have issue with internet data, which unless the UK government correct / address this, Ireland may have to 'unplug' the UK internet connection. As it stands, London, UK / Birmingham,UK used to be the central hub for international flight - i.e. from USA to Europe. Since neither London nor Birmingham can act as a 'international / EuroZone', these flights are being directed to either Ireland (Shannon), France (Paris) or Germany, where, using excuses as 'fire / computer failure / drone inturuptions ' flights have been redirected to these three cities as a real time excercise on how each point could handle it. BrExit plus slow action by the UK government will, in my humble opinion, eventually bankrupt the UK unless the UK government fixes this. UK was originally a 'manufacturing country' (ie. Liverpool to Hull moving south as far as Birmingham - central England) where this was outsourced and UK became a 'postal delivery' country handling packages via Ireland and USA. With this country being outside the Euro Zone where each individual package is being delayed in export customs from EU to UK, this delay is being avoided by bypassing the UK. Again, I make the same point - unless the UK government address these issues, worldwide businesses will change to a different route that bypasses UK. Similar occured within the USA in relation the the 'Trump Tarrif Contraversy' where business's feeding USA / Canada from the world facing extra charges and delays in transit bypass the USA. Once these changes is logistics are made, it is very difficult to convince these companies to revert back. The primary result is that the country being bypasses looses the transport profit forever and have to rely on local business. In the USA this has a cascade effect where now large car manufacturers are either reducing or moving production to another country where they can get the parts that used to be carried past their door.
  7. Your 30-40% vs 80-90% is only costing the end users costs. It does not count for the amount of energy used in mining and processing materials for the batteries, the cost of tyres to support the weight, the cost of road materials needed from the excess weight of the electric vehicle... and most of all, the total waste of the materials used in the batteries as they are dumped into landfill after five years of use. The cost of making an electric vehicle compared to making an ICE vehicle is almost equal today since ICEs have optimised their production since first introduction in 1886. Electric vehicles have yet to go through that level of optimization. However, a new electric vehicle has to be made every 5 years as compared to the world average of 12-15 years livespan of an ICE. You are also in the 'probably they will improve' concept. Batteries are a flawed technology - i.e. they convert electrical energy to chemical energy (to charge) and vice versa to discharge. Also, the physical weight does not vary based on the level of charge, as opposed to a fuel tank that gets lighter as it empties. This all means that the electric vehicle over the charge level of the battery uses exactly the same power whether the battery is full or empty, as opposed to an ICE that gets more efficient. You state that the main problem is charging capacity of the grid for electric vehicles. That is not the only giant problem. Electric Vehicle Problems (not a complete list) Limited Range of travel, which decreases as temp. changes. 1-2+ hour charging time Huge weight of batteries = heavier tyres & suspention, and more damage to roads Limited life of batteries - 5 years maximum. Limited supply of chemicals to make batteries. - and running out due to the dumping of used batteries in landfill / sea Huge cost of batteries - more cost effective to replace vehicle instead of battery.- even if the battery is cheap to replace, the labour involved is almost stripping the vehicle down to nothing and then rebuilding it as the battery (plus cage)IS the main frame of the vehicle The source of electricity for these electric vehicles is the grid, which is primarly driven by burning carbon based fuels. As a result, due to the number of conversions from one form of energy to another to actually move the wheels of the electric vehicle, it is close to 99% waste of energy so the electric vehicle can be sold to idiots as 'green' and non polluting. You state that as long as battery technology improves.... The first electric car was made in 1832, and this was before Karl Benz created the ICE in 1886. At that time there were no fuel stations, but since 1800-1850, the world was shifting toward electrification. The time the electric vehicle was created, and the time the ICE vehicle was created, there was more electric sources and possible charging points as compared to fuel stations. 200 years later, there are more fuel stations and ICE's as compared to electric charge points and electric cars - and the simple reason is ELECTRIC CARS in the last 200 years of development STILL DONT WORK, where ICE's do... and this was in the time before King Gillette, the souce of this disposable world! (something else for you to read) How many centuries of progress do you want to wait for the flawed technology of a battery to work? The improvement in battery technology is forcing more energy into a fixed area. Petrol / gasoline / diesel have already solved that problem, but the advantage these fuels as opposed to battery technology is that these fuels are STABLE.... i.e. they don't self ignite. These fuels if one drops a lighted match into a container of same, they will extinguish the match. A battery is an instable chemical reaction, that if dented, can self ignite and create a non stoppable reaction until all the chemical energy has been released. It is similar to driving a vehicle fueled by nitroglycerin. Yes it can power an ICE, but it is highly unstable and can explode from shock or vibration. A vehicle battery shaken can crack the case and also similarly react. Most people do not realize the power and damage capacity of a battery. Even Thomas Edison made that mistake, which nearly killed him. I suggest you read about the War of the Currents, and how safe AC is as compared to DC or battery power. IMHO, yes we should change from ICEs to another form of motion, which also includes the change from burning carbon based fuels for heat / energy. Nicolai Tesla created a way to transmit electrical energy through the air, where a reciever could be placed on each vehicle. This technology is a more advanced radio transmission system with a crystal reciever tuning into the transmission and using said energy to provide motion / heat. This was scrapped because the investor, J.P. Morgan could not see a way to charge the end user for the electricity. Using this process, we could convert solar energy (from sites in deserts worldwide) transmit it wirelessly to the world while that desert is illuminated by sun... but that type of concept can only come to frution if the world works together and not is seperated by silly borders and capitalistic thinking - i.e. can we make money from this. Life's goal should not be based on the acquisition of wealth. It is a fools task as - you can't take it with you it doesn't matter how rich / poor you are, your time alive is limited. when you die, the acquisitions you leave behind creates arguments between supposedly loved ones over who gets what. The concept as portrayed by 'Star Trek' is that life's goal is self and others gain and improvement rather the the insane concept of the acquisition of wealth. Consider this one - due to the way people behave, everyone is focused on building up their 'nest egg' of wealth. One can equate this to each person in the world filling a bucket with tokens of wealth. The economic flaw in this is that the more tokens of wealth a person has, the less value each token is worth. Therefore, the act of adding to your bucket is indirectly making you poorer! A rich man is never happy as he is forced to live in a prison so nobody can take his wealth, whereas the poor person can live in the open without the costs needed to secure what he doesn't have. A poor man is happy if he gets a free meal / bed for the night, where the rich man although has everything, has no appreciation for it.
  8. Three years later from my original post, and my bladder and bowel control have gone the way I expected - where I wake up wet and sometimes messy every morning after a full night uninteruppted sleep. If I am not messy, I usually poop while getting up, or shortly afterwards. This took work to get that lack of control overnight. Daytime, my control is spotty at best, so I am diapered 24/7 in anyway and I wet and poop with little or no notice. Overnight, I was constantly walking at odd hours with a full bladder. I would let it go while drifting off to sleep, but I was still waking. This was an issue, so I followed a methodology most doctors suggest in reverse to a child with night time wetting issues - that is using a calendar and marking on it with smiley faces when the child wakes up dry. I altered this to suit my goal - I got a pile of green, orange and red markers, and on the days I woke to wet, I drew an orange face with a straight mouth on the calendar. On the days I woke up wet, I drew a green smiley face on the calendar, and on the days I woke up dry, I drew a red sad face on the calendar. This calendar I hung in the bedroom where I could see it from the bed. After a few weeks, the number of red sad faces reduced to be replaced by the orange face and then the green happy faces. This means that the number of mornings I woke up wet, increased dramatically based on positive visual feedback. Now, I know that I will wake up soaked, and sometimes messy, which is what I wanted.
  9. @plasticpantson If you want, you could wear multiple layers of the fitted cloth diapers, the ones without the plastic backing so when you wet overnight, the multiple layer diaper(s) can absorb everything overnight without leaking. That is without the disposables. After all, you are wearing layers of cloth that need to be washed in the mornings, so adding multiple instead of diaposables actually decreases you need to buy disposables while not adding much more to a washing load. Using a bedwetting alarm to wake you overnight is not healthy as it breaks up your nights sleep. They are ideal for a toddler who can take naps daytime to make up for lost sleep until they either gain night time control OR are put back into overnight diapers until their bladder control develops. In relation to your diagnosed secondary nocturnal enuresis, were you told what caused this as it is usually a symptom, and without that original issue being addresses, your overnight bladder leakage can not be 'cured'. What I am asking if you do not mind, is this overnight issue something that can be addressed, OR is it, as I suspect, something that will get worse over time and eventually could affect daytime control. As a result, it is wise using a bedwetting alarm just so you can void in a toilet when you are already wearing diapers that can handle that for you, and also remove the assoicated stress of trying to control your bladder / mitigate leaks that are enevitable where it may be better in the long run just to accept that you will wake in wet diapers in the morning? The acceptance of the diapers without the alarm will ensure that you sleep deeper and wake up more rejuvenated.
  10. Every morning I wake up with either just a wet diaper or a wet and messy diaper. Having a messy diaper makes me so happy, and not just cause of the feelings, but also means that my diaper might last the work-day without being messy. It took me a while to fully accept this and allow it to happen, and most of the reason was I was fighting my own body and its needs. Although @Brian states correctly that one needs to relax and let it happen, but due to the way the mind works, this is almost impossible. i.e. if one focuses on trying to control a muscle, or focuses on trying to relax a muscle, its movement becomes stacatto i.e. short, sharp rather than smooth motion. Focusing on relaxing usually means the muscle is under tension and not moving, so it cannot relax. For bowel release one needs a loose to free anal sphincter so that the poop can exit via the parastatic action of the lower intestine. This needs the pelvic floor muscles relaxed so that the anal sphincter has little to no strength. This is the state of a newborn, but they have other items that contribute to this being so relaxed is the weakness of the hip joints (being that a newborn hip joint is not bone). The adult skeleton can place the pelvic floor muscles naturally under tension so attempting to manually relax this is not easy. Childbirth can stretch / tear this muscle group and old age can weaken this muscle. Kegel can excercise and strengthen this muscle group, which is the opposite of what one wants. How I found to relax the relevant muscles was not to attempt to relax, but to attempt to hide from my contious mind the state of my diapers - i.e. extremly thick cloth diapers capable of lasting a week, plus about 1/2" layer of diaper cream on diaper area. Then, change the diaper twice per 24 hours no matter the state of the diaper. This taught my body to relax / revert to the pre trained behaviour i.e. void without the extraneous mental intervention i.e. checking for privacy etc. This took me six months to revert, but that was diapered that thick 24/7/365, and working from home. At that stage, I went back to disposables in the daytime, and cloth at night, but since I was still working from home, would not change my thick cloth night diaper until almost mid-day. Now, on some mornings, I will mess in my diapers sometime between the time I get up and before my morning diaper change. Those feelings are beyond euphoric and when it happens, it occurs without notice and all I feel is the diaper filling plus an incredible sence of relief that goes through my whole body.
  11. @LupintheWolf do what makes you happy. From a medical perspective, the two feilds, (1) urology - bladder etc issues and (2) gastroentrologist - bowel etc issues are seperate. As a result, usually neither talk to each other in relation to bladder & bowel control and prefer to use surgical intervention to put in tubes and bags to deal with what they will not talk to each other about. The medical expert you require is a neurologist (nerve expert) - There is a loop within the spinal cord that connects the nervous impulses from an expanding bladder to the motor neurons that trigger the relevant sphincters to relax while constricting the bladder walls. During toilet training, one learns to intervene in this loop which allows bladder control. Similar exists for bowel control. Since neither of these three experts consider a diaper dependent paitent as a medical success (after all, one does not make money if your paitent choses diapers instead of multiple medical exams and tests) it is in their interest, and definetely not yours, to bleed you dry of your hard earned money. If you cost it out, 3 adult diapers per 24 hours at the rough cost of $/€1 per diaper equates to $/€1,000 per year. Average lifespan is 73.3 years, where most of us are 25+ (some are a little older), which means 50 odd years in diapers at a cost of $/€50,000. That is still less expensive than most medical procedures, where even the cost of stoma bags cost $/€100+ per week as compared to diapers at $/€21 per week. Mathematically, if one chooses cloth overnight to supplement your disposable day usage, the costs drop to $/€0.30 per diaper. Add to this the advantages of using diapers instead of toilets (safer, cleaner, healthier, less stress, better & deeper sleep, more comfort +++), and the reason to be potty trained in the first place becomes more of a requirement of a limited societial view rather than for the health and welfare of the person being trained. There is the aroma to deal with, but that can easily be handled by internal deodrants similar to Nullo.
  12. You are partially correct in that the more frequent one soils, the less bacteria exists within said poop to create aroma, however, the reduction in bacterial quantity is not enough to make a noticable difference. You are also correct in that diet does make a difference, but the diet has to almost match the DNA of a the parent-child. This is why a soely breast-fed baby's poop does not have a very strong aroma, however, as soon as the baby is placed on either solid food or formula, there is a huge conflict in bacteria which results in extremly stron aromas from the babies soiled diaper. Poop contains 75% water, 25% solids which are mainly undigestible fibre, some fats, plus living and dead bacteria, and bile pigments (the breakdown of parts of blood) which also gives poop its colour. It is the bacteria that gives poop its smell plus the sulfer from meat, cheese and some vegtables. Protein rich food digestion creates compounds like skatole (a flavoring in some foods) which in high quantites emits foul aroma. This is also produced by the breakdown of tryptophan, the amino acid that puts you asleep. So, to get non smelly poop, avoid eating most products and do not fall asleep OR, use an internal deodrant. Although diaper dependence is supposed to be different for every person, when one achieves it, the biological process of bypassing the signals going to the brain that existed from birth is re-used. This means that when ones bladder / bowels fills, this triggers the body to relax the relevant sphincters and contract the bowel / bladder. This has certain side effects :- the mind is not informed of the need to void, so one starts to void and only 'knows' of their voiding either if they are focused on the nervous signals, OR feel the filling / leakage. the lower intestine stops reversing the perastatic action, which means one poops as they were an infant - either before a meal (from the smell of the meal being prepared), during or shortly after a meal. your energy level increases and you also require less sleep per night as you no longer need to produce vasopressin. From a personal perspective, I fill my diapers mostly without notice, and that is not just cause it happens autonomically, it is also due to how accustomed I have become which equates that it s nothing to be concerned about. I, trust my diapers to do their job when reinforced with plastic pants. This all means that although my sub-contious mind is aware of my voiding, it doesn't need to pass that information to my contious mind, which is exactly how a baby deals with its diaper needs. The reasons mayy be different - as a baby accepts the state of its diaper as it has no idea how to deal with it. With me, I accept diapers as just my choice of underwear. Note: I am aware that a few diaper dependent people, due to accident etc., will argue about this, but it is a medically provable fact that when an interruption occurs in the spinal cord occurs that prevents the motor or nerve impulse from interacting with the brain that relates to bladder / bowel control occurs, in a few weeks / months the bypass link within the spinal cord that existed before toilet training is re-used. This is the autonomic link that exists in all, but can be ignored by mental intervention. This takes time to 'reconnect', one needs to manually vacate bladder and bowels during this time. Medical professionals tend to, instead of allowing the paitent to revert to diapers, bypass both sphincters with surgical intervention and a bag etc.
  13. @Goerge it is true that one becomes what is commonly classed as 'nose blind', but is medically termed as 'olfactory fatigue' where after prolonged exposure to a certain aroma, the nose fails to smell it. Although most presume that this is an issue with the nose and the sensory nerves within, this is more to do with how the brain processes impulses, and also how or what it signifies to the contious mind. In reality, we see, hear, smell and feel everything in extremely fine detail, but unless this is percived as a threat to our wellbeing, the information is not passed to the contious mind as something we need to handle. Considering the following :- you are comfortable soiling your diaper you are comfortable in a soiled diaper neither of the above is a threat to you Although the aroma is being emitted from your soiled diaper, your mind does not see this as something that you need to address (similar to the mind of a baby/non toilet-trained child), so althought you are surrounded by the smell, the smell is no longer being registered by your mind as something you need to do anything about. You have become nose blind to the smell. A baby/non toilet-trained child is comfortable in the smell due to the smell being created with the assoicated relief. This is a powerful memory that a few ABDL's try to repeat, but sometimes fail due to the way they were toilet trained - i.e. taught that a soiled / messy diaper is dirty and something to avoid, and also something that disappoints their care-giver - i.e. the opposite of the teaching, love and praise endowed to a baby / toddler for filling their diapers. This conflict is usually strong in the ABDL mind to a messy diaper where some are OK wetting their diapers, but soiling a diaper tend to be too much. It also explains why some ABDLs tend to use a non-smelling substance like oatmeal / banana(s) to replace the feelings without the added smells. What I suggest, as a way to handle this, and not for your benifit, but for the benifit of all around you, is to use an internal deodrant similar to NULLO. This will reduce the potentcy of your aroma.
  14. With the removal of testicles, the hormone testosterone is no longer being produced. As a result, the following will be effected :- facial & body hair muscle & bone size fat distribution sex drive, sperm production & erectile function including penis size As a result, although you may be loosing weight (in bone mass), you will have to be careful in relation to fat etc. This, I presume, that you are talking to your doctor about as your body adapts to the loss of testicles. You might be on HRT to compensate.
  15. The questions you ask can not be simply answered with a yes/no without further information. You state that now you are waking up at least twice a night to void in diapers - whatt has caused you to wake, and was the walking twice or more a night exist before you decided to wear diapers, and the only difference is that you are wetting the diapers instead of voiding in a toilet? Contrary to what @Wet Knight suggests, this is not habitual behaviour as for that to be true, the body would be depriving itself of rejunivating time just for habit. Despite what one might percieve, the body does not wake up without a cause, and the cause is not needing to void as the body is an expert in controlling that - that is the reason for vasopressin, a way for the body not to remove water from the bloodstream. This also increases the amount one sweats overnight. I suspect that there is something that is waking you, something that changes slightly each night as if it was exactly the same, your mind would learn that it is not a threat and therefore, it might wake you the first time, but after that, would not wake you again. I would guess the item that is waking you is someone in the area entering / leaving. The fact that you are voiding when you wake is a normal response to empty the bladder now that you are awake. If you measured the volume voided, it would be 1/4 of your normal bladder capacity. In relation to vasopressin reduction, that is controlled by mental security in your situation. If the mind 'thinks' that no disturbance in rest will occur if you void (i.e. you will not need to wake and get warm etc), the mind will reduce the vasopressin production and allow you to void while asleep - however, that type of behaviour requires absolute belief not only in your sub-contious mind, but also in your contious mind. There are many methods used, and all they are doing is proving beyond all doubt that if/when you wet while asleep, there is no chance that it will disturb your sleep. Surprisingly enough, there still exists the short circuit between the nervous impulses of a filling bladder to the motor impulses to void without sending the signal to the brain to 'wait'. This 'short circuit' process grows stronger in spinal injury paitents after a few weeks after the injury when the brain is not directly triggering the voiding process. Yes, during those weeks, manual voiding needs to be performed. Once the 'short circuit' restarts, the person is voiding by reflex when the signal is generated. On the inner of the bladder wall, there is 'umbrella cells'. Sodium ions (sodium being one of the two elements in salt) enter these cells which each create a minute electrical pulse, and when enough of a charge is built up, the signal propegates to a reflex arc between the lumbar spine (2) and thorasic spine (11) where, after one has been toilet trained, this reflex arc is disused, but still functional. Similar behavour exists within the bowels, where this 'reflex arc is in exactly the same place. Asleep, once one convinces oneself that there is no need to wake to void, vasopressin production reduces and the body reverts to producing urine in the same quantity it would f awake. The reason for the reduction is that vasopressin production is expensive in energy to produce, and the body is a master at energy conservation. However, if the body reverts to the 'reflex arc' of wetting while asleep, this will continue while awake. It depends on what you wish. Hypnosis can train your mind to allow you to wet while asleep and wearing diapers, which is different to not producing vasopressin.
