I was born incontinent, like us all but was diagnosed at age eight to have limited control. I am bladder incontinent. I have some control when this is within primary/secondary focus. When I change focus, I loose this. If I relax, I also loose bowel control. I have worn since I was eight. Prior to this, accidents were blamed on laziness.

Since my work takes me to different client sites, diapers cause unnecessary attention, hassle and rash (leg chaffing), I used to wear pull-ups (easier to hide, and fit easily into a laptop bag, also less noisy.) I now wear Tena Flex covered by plastic pants. Since most times I wear a suit, diapers are not noticeable. It gets difficult working in hot weather.

From searching for solutions, I found several AB sites. Reading further into the regressive lifestyle, I realized that I had been doing this for years - ie I still have, and adore, my Bear from birth and at stressful times, I will cuddle up in a ball with a bottle and a blankie.
