  1. The machines eliminate people. They know that they pay for the machine once but all the workers they have to pay every week. They've run the numbers, and know for certain getting rid of workers will increase their profit. They know that it will make them more money than any money they'll lose for not asking if you want to supersize it. They know that the machine won't call in sick, leave early for a family emergency or short the cash drawer because it can't steal. If it does break, it can be repaired quicker than a doctor can cure a sick human being. My personal solution is to not buy fast food at all but I know I'm probably in a smaller minority in that solution than I am being ABDL. Hugs, Freta
  2. We got a $25 Subway gift card from a family member this past Christmas. We drive 45 minutes one way to the nearest small city to go grocery shopping and there is a subway there too so we stopped for lunch. 2 foot long sandwiches that used to be $5 each 2 small bags of chips and 2 drinks later they rang it up and the gift card didn't cover it. It came to around $35, I'll never set foot in any Subway again. Hugs, Freta
  3. $3.76 a gallon today at Walmart. Hugs, Freta
  4. Thank you @NorthShoreAdam for your support! Your products support us too. Hugs, Freta

    So...

Are they really diapers when they're my underwear? Hugs, Freta
  6. Just filling up right now at $3.99 which is too much. Hugs, Freta
  7. If you gave in to the emotional blackmail then you're part of the problem. I don't tip at all for places where you order at the counter like a coffee place or a sub shop. You chose to work there for whatever wages they pay so you made your bed you can lay in it. As long as the sheep go along with it things will just continue to get worse. Hugs, Freta
  8. We have a fire in our firepit, @LilRugrat and I have a Little friend visiting. My mother in law, sister in law, Lilrugrat's grandparents and her grandmother's sister all all coming here for a cookout. It's a beautiful day to be outdoors. Hugs, Freta
  9. Having experience with both I guess I'll add my two cents here. When the boys get hit or pinched, the pain is much worse. The thing is it doesn't happen often and it goes away after a short time. Women with heavy beasts are not given much of a break in the discomfort and pain. It causes back pain from the weight pulling you forward and the bra straps cause pain on your shoulders and the constant pressure causes the shoulders the sink where the bra straps sit. It's no picnic. Your pain might be greater but it doesn't last while their pain is constant. Hugs, Freta
  10. Look for local in person ABDL munches and meet up with others in person. Your diapers won't be an issue and you may meet someone you click with. There is a forum on this site with postings for the get togethers. Our Kansas City monthly munch is this evening and my wife and I are car pooling with 3 others from our area. Hugs, Freta
  11. Our monthly Kansas City munch is tomorrow Wednesday May 20th at 7pm. My wife @LilRugrat and I are both going to be there so we hope to see you there. It's held at The Parlor in KCMO. Dress vanilla on the outside please but feel free to be comfortably diapered if you choose, we'll be.

  13. You've been invited but I don't think your company sends you much to the middle of nowhere. Hugs, Freta
  14. The wife and I drink but not every night. We keep some IPA's in the fridge for when we have pizza for dinner or when we're just in the mood for a cold one. We keep the high cabinets over our refrigerator as our bar. We tend to drink seasonally and gin and tonic is our warm weather drink usually. We keep Vodka, dark rum, Kahluah, Drambuie and Jim Beam on hand. Winter we tend to drink single malt scotch or bourbon neat and we keep a bottle of blended scotch for making rusty nails which are delicious. I have a bottle of Johnny Walker green label scotch that @LilRugrat bought me as a gift a few years ago that I break out for sipping with guests on rare occasions. We also have a bottles of white and red wine on hand for dinner. Our anniversary dinner this past week was accompanied by a bottle of 2023 Martin Rey Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvinon which we finished off. I have one bottle of Henery McKenna single barrel aged 10 years 100 proof Kentucky straight bottled in bond bourbon whiskey. I had to enter a drawing for the opportunity to buy it and won since the store only had one or two bottles. It was barreled in 2009 and I bought it around 2020. It's being saved for after my passing so my family can celebrate my life in style. Hugs, Freta
  15. Today was our 3 year wedding anniversary. I made a thick ribeye in a heavy cast iron skillet. It was smothered in mushrooms that @LilRugrat seasoned and sautéed in butter, corn on the cob, homemade potato salad and a nice bottle of Martin Rey Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvinon wine. I have a nice glow and a wet Betterdry. Hugs, Freta
