Welcome to DailyDiapers Adult baby and Diaper Lovers Forums!
It's a joke. I thought the photoshopped pic was silly enough that it would go without saying.
The Folsom Street fair is a major event. It's not front page news, but it does end up in the papers. The other sites I linked as examples of what anyone who investigates BDSM will find in a cursory Google search. One thing that is especially good about that last link (the statement of purpose) is that not only do they encourage responsible practices in the community, but they are totally non-profit. Any excess money they make from events goes to AIDS research and battered women's shelters. Folsom does the same kind of thing. I'm just pointing out that good PR is not impossible.
Actually, the BDSM community is very good about PR, as well as going out of their way to foster safe, sane and consensual practices within the community. Check it out:

About Me
Hey everyone! I'm here in Brooklyn, New York, studying film at SVA. I have a big comic book collection. I'm a vegetarian. I've watched more than my share of anime. As far a movies go, I'm big on foreign films, especially French, German, and Japanese movies. Also, I wet my pants.
Not as much as I used to though! I've dealt with incontinence to varying degrees my whole life, but these days it's down to a few rare accidents. Even though I wet myself at least once every week or two until middle school, I never wore diapers for it. (Though I really should have, and always wanted to!)
Once my wetting accidents started to slow down, I started to realize I'd developed a fetish for them. Now that I'm living alone, I can wet my pants and wear diapers as much as I want. I feel like I'm pretty well adjusted about my fetish, and I'm out to my girlfriend and one other close friend. I'm also polysexual and sometimes I like to wear girl's clothes. My friends and family know I'm into guys, but I'll be keeping diapers between me and my girlfriend.

At risk of stating what should be abundantly obvious from the posts above, waiting until after marriage to discuss diapers is irresponsible and (to put it mildly!) inconsiderate to your partner. The only respectful thing to do these situations of spousal disapproval is to be open about the fact that an affinity for diapers is not something that goes away ... nor is it something which one chooses. It is a part of oneself from very early on.
If being married to a person with an affinity for diapers is not something that your spouse can accept, they will need to make arrangements for a divorce-- because they are in fact married to such a person, and a divorce is the only thing which can change that.

What? Your link is a posting on a blog, not a news story.

None of those are "news stories"

Uhm. No.
The reason you never see positive AB stories in the news is the same reason you never see positive BDSM articles in the news.... Freaks sell papers, and anyone who does something good, is doing it out of goodness in thief heart... Not to further the AB agenda. If they do it to further their fetishist agenda, then they are put in the freaks category again....

In Topic: New Luvs Comercial....

I remember as a kid paying such close attention whenever there was a diaper commercial. I am sure this one is making a big impression on young DLs as we speak ... and by the way, how old are those judges supposed to be? They're in diapers too. If I had seen this commercial in elementary school, I would have read those kids as being at least as old as me.
