I'm not sure what to think of that. It kinda seemed like she was making a joke but didn't try to make it seem funny.

True, however, if you watch Wipeout with any regularity, things that might be perceived as "weird" by the public are always kind of made fun of & put down in a way. Like you I'm not saying that she is in to our lifestyle, however it was definitely a reference to diapers, so.... I guess we'll never know for sure though.
