Well I think checking with a doctor would be good advise.

I'd go to a Proctoligst and see if he has concerns. He will complain about your lifestyle, But I would tell him to can it because this is something your going to do. So just tell him to check for problems.

I could probably hazzard a guess what he will say though.

I know this is an old topic, but what you really need to be concerned with is developing a rectal prolapse. It is caused by your ligaments getting stretched out and not being able to hold your insides in. Do a google image search for the nasty picture of what it looks like.
