DollyDiaper Posted January 6, 2007 Posted January 6, 2007 This subject has been touched on several times in other forums here but it has just resurfaced in Newbie Nursery, and it prompted me to question whether there is any link at all between AB or DL (or both) and a person's height? D lly
Pipsqueak Posted January 6, 2007 Posted January 6, 2007 You're Dolly, but I'll play along. I'm 5'7". I see that so far we all fall into the same height range -- except that for there to be a correlation, shouldn't there be difference in the height range of the men and women, since women are naturally shorter than men and if, for instance, the men all fell into the average range of 5'7" to 6' then the women should fall into the average range of say 5'4" to 5'6". But then again ... each generation seems to get a little taller due to all the hormones and junk they put in our food, so there should be a difference in the heights relating to the age range ... Am I making this complicated??
Sunshine2585 Posted January 6, 2007 Posted January 6, 2007 Pipsqueak, I thought the same thing about the men/women difference. But I wasn't sure how to word it.
DollyDiaper Posted January 6, 2007 Author Posted January 6, 2007 I don't want to sound like a smart-ass but the same thought occurred to me almost as soon as I'd clicked Send, i.e. that I should have extended the poll and divided it by gender. But as you pointed out Pipsqueak, I'm so it was only an idle thought. And Snap Pipsqueak! I'm 5' 7" just like you, does that mean you're too? D lly
Pipsqueak Posted January 6, 2007 Posted January 6, 2007 You might think that ... I couldn't possibly comment.
InDpnds Posted January 6, 2007 Posted January 6, 2007 I'm almost 5'8" Looking at the results, most of us so far are in the 5'7" to 6' range. But if there is any relationship between height and AB/DL, or in my case, wearing for protection, it would be interesting to see!
ajc2000 Posted January 7, 2007 Posted January 7, 2007 I am 5 feet 11 and 1/2 inches so normaly just tell every one that I am 6 foot to make simple.
DollyDiaper Posted January 8, 2007 Author Posted January 8, 2007 'brain'date='Jan 8 2007, 02:33 PM' post='58885']It may be hard to believe but I'm 7'1". 7' 1" of brain? I'd go for that rather than 7' 1" of brawn any day! D lly
Jedward Posted January 11, 2007 Posted January 11, 2007 I've been bless with my familar tallness, unlike my natural sister , My TS sister is 6'9'', so i'm actually short at 6'3".
Chloe Posted January 11, 2007 Posted January 11, 2007 I am 5`7 and I`m the tallest in my family. notice we not got anyone under 5` yet LOL Chloe
restlessfox Posted January 17, 2007 Posted January 17, 2007 i'm 6'4 and still growing a bit, so by time i'm done growing i might have another 2 inches, my body type accents my heighth in a way that makes me look way taller then someone even an inch shorter then me. although i like being taller then most people i wouldn't want to grow any more. my height has gotten me a few nicknames, some i really liked, but some made me want to punch whoever started them. i'm a non-violent person so you can imagine how bad some of those names were. i think the hight linked to being an adult baby actually has some validity to it, notice that in the polls there's no one under 5' which leads me to believe average to taller people have less of an aversion to acting small then someone that's actually small.
Tuxedo Oryx Posted January 21, 2007 Posted January 21, 2007 Wow, I must be the shortest person in Daily Diapers...at 4' 11".
