I wear either Medium or Large. I find the Larges miles too big and the Mediums just fit. I will be buying Medium in the future, hopefully I can loose a bit of weight and they will fit even better. It's a bonus that you get 4 extrea diapers per pack if you go with medium too.

I wear medium, although some brands are marked as "small-medium." Large is usually way too big for me. But whenever I see packages of diapers or Depends being sold in a thrift store, the price is usually great, but the size is almost always large.

same here, wish more brands offered a small without going to youth sizes, which are then cut shorter, but width wise worked for me
