Im sure the diaper you are speaking of is featured in yuki's, "Begging to be Fingered". Its a very unique contour white diaper that is extremal babyish. I could be wrong but this may be a french diaper I have had my eyes on for many years. They are made by "Kiddybips" who are a french baby diaper maker. Just go to google and type "couche pur adulte" and they will be the fourth picture to show up.
