In reality you could combine just about anything you wanted to with diapers kink wise. I know fetlife has a whole list of fetishes I've never heard of until I checked em out a few years ago. I really don't know of many (if any) kinks that are mutually exclusive of diapers. The question is just how do you want to incorporate them with a diaper fetish.

I guess I see everyone's point. For me, enemas are not compatible with diapers. Another I would not see as compatible with diapers is anal sex though I suspect you could improvise with a either a hole in front for the intruder or a hole in back for the receiver.

I think diapers and bondage can be combined. Diaper wearing would prevent the sub from "dominating from below" as the sub can be restrained longer without a potty break.

Personally, I like straitjackets and diapers, but have only been able to do this rarely.
