Ideas/lists For Your Ab For Christmas

First off, be careful what you reveal here if you have a little that browses! You can still add plenty to the conversation without details!

My main questions are:

-What are you getting them/what do they want?

-What percentage do you plan on dedicating to their AB side vs. adult side?

-One big present, or tons of little presents?

I'm also just curious to bounce and get ideas from people in here (and damn considering making a similar threadin the Adult Baby section to get an AB's point of view).... as I always draw blanks for gift-giving season.

I will post mine, but am heading out (and the baby will be home soon!) so I just wanted to get the ball rolling for everyone else here!

I'll start this show for you since BabyMaggie is my wife and I can openly post what I gave her last year, and in the past couple of years. While she does not have multiple personality disorder, she does age play with 3 personas. Maggie is 2 and turns 2 again on every one of my wife's birthdays. Sarah is 7 or 8 and enjoys American Girl products. Finally there is her adult side that has interests in quilting, romantic comedies and other typical feminine things.

BabyMaggie gets a few children's toys that she has asked for. She has some Fisher-Price Little People, a Disney Princess Castle and a Baby Alive. These have allowed me to get accessories and expansions that go with them over the past couple of years.

Sarah has two of the American Girl dolls, Samantha and Felicity. Unfortunately they stopped making the one doll that would have been most appropriate for her (they are both blonde and have a Norweigen father). She's recieved AG (American Girl) craft kits and cook books.

Yeah, BabyMaggie pretty much makes out great around here!

Ho, ho, ho ya'll and a mele kalikimaka,

How about an electric under-blanket? Always a great aid to staying dry....

Freswith, she keeps the window open on cold nights! But the idea was thoughtful ;).

And thanks for adding, Honu! Seems like your girl gets pretty hooked-up! :P I feel like her adult side will the the hardest to please. I think more reflection is in order to find the perfect gift for her adult side :P

I plan on getting her maybe a set of clothes for her AB side and lots of little toys. She has AG dolls, too! Ruthie and some other! Mannnn do those things have a price tag on them! I might find some cute accessories, but I want to find something special that she doesn't have, that she'll like. Personally, I also wanna make Christmas a really fun day (when she comes home to me). I wanna have everything in order, everything centered around her, lots of playtime and watching of her favorite movies. I feel like with all of that- my gifts can still suck, and it'll be special to her! :D

that's what I was going to suggest is just make it all about her. Then no matter what you get her she'll think it's special.

@honu I think you've just helped me with a bit of a problem Lilly and I have been having......

She hasn't been able to tell what her age is and says its anywhere from 15 months to 4 or 5 years old and sometimes she's wanting to wear diapers and other times she's not. I'd asked before if she has two personas and she wasn't sure because she'd never heard of it...... Thank you! You've just helped both my little one and me in our journey together!

I believe that she may lurk these boards from time-to-time, so I can't say about the big present- but I shopped through Walmart on Friday for some smaller, cheaper gifts. I found TONS of ideas (but it's still November, so I'm trying to budget through the year ;)) But I did find her a couple things her little side will love. One is a storybook- I plan on browsing through the section weekly to check out the cheaper books. I'm also trying to balance out her gifts to make sure she gets enough big girl things ;). One is a video game, the other cannot be named :P
