Idea For A Story

I have this Idea for a story but I don't have the time to write it, so if anyone wants to bring it to life,then please do so for everyone.

The idea for the story is, its set in a couple of years from our current future where the DOD has gotten the green light to proceed with its first test super solider. The serum that will make super solders will make anyone regenerate complete from anything ranging from gunshot wounds to explosions and give the subject enhanced reflexes. But the catch with it is, it has to rewrite your DNA so that your body can take hold of the new power, now for this to work the subject has to be regressed to an age where the rewriting of the DNA will not kill or mutate them into some horrible creature so you have to be around the age range of 1-3 years old. So the DOD will pick (insert Name here) to test the serum and be placed in foster care after being regressed to the appropriated age with an unsuspecting family until he or she hits the age where his or her body has finally taken hold of the new power. But I will leave it up to anyone that takes this story idea up what happens with him or her after the injection.

So if anyone thinks this is a great idea, then please try and write it. If I get finished with my first story and no one has started this one then I will start it.
