for no apparent reason, suddenly all young ladies in scholar age begin to have trouble in getting to the potty on time...

Nobody except them seems surprised, however. It's something to be expected and all the main manufacturers of baby diapers have already stretched their product range to make sure the new market segment is covered.

Based on a novel written some time ago (not by me) and titled "Schoolgirls in Pampers".

Our tale begins in a small private boarding school lost in the countryside...

It was a warm Sunday afternoon. Monday was the beginning day of a new Season at Saint Nicholas boarding school.
Clarissa carried her trolley up the steep stone stairs. The trolley was really heavy, mainly thanks to the many books she had stuffed in there, and the passage also really narrow, but finally Clarissa managed to reach the corridor of the first floor. It was an ancient building, that smelled of wax and other old things. It looked a bit like a dwarf house, very cute and with many thinly detailed wood engraving jobs on sight. For Clarissa, her soon-to-be room was perfect: two bunk beds, many shelves on the walls, the wooden trays of the roof on sight and a desk for two in front of the tiny window. Sure, the cupboards looked a bit shrunken if compared to modern standards, but they were workable. No modern stuff on sight, but also that wasn't an issue for Clarissa. In ten minutes, Clarissa managed to stove all her goods, carefully leaving free the space reserved to her still missing room companion. Then, she went to the toilet to wash her teeth (she hated to have bad breath and had no possibility to do it right after lunch, today) and comb her hair. Clarissa appeared in the mirror like a pale and skinny girl with red hair. At 14, it was her first experience into a boarding school. She however had the possibility to do plenty of research before coming and was well prepared on what to expect.
Clarissa was intentioned to meet as soon as possible her roommate, to make sure to start with the right foot. She wasn’t in the mood for reading, so she took out her flute and, laid on her bed, began to try out a new melody she still was struggling to learn.

Matt instead was already well accustomed with Saint Nicholas environment and knew all the drills. His check in lasted less than 5 minutes: just the time to throw most of the already untidy content of his luggage into some random drawers, leave his tennis racket on the desk get into Hawaiian swimming boxers and head straight to the pool, where he expected to find some of his old pals enjoying the last sunrays of the day. When he got there, he didn’t even took the time to say hello, but just jumped into the water. It felt good to use his well-developed muscles and fast reach the opposite side of the pool. With the narcissism of a cat, the boy waved and smiled to his friends.
Everybody loves illusions. Love them? They need them like the air they breath! (Shadows and Mist, Woody Allen)
