How many people out there have "learned" to wet the bed uncontrollably? If so, how long did it take to develop the behavior and have you enjoyed the loss of control?

it takes time usually several months and practice

also the hypnotic bed wetting cd's or mp3's can help you wet the bed also.

Have you found something that work?

I will be making a tri-voice recording later this weekend I believe, as a request from an online acquaintence. It's more of a support to your existing efforts, rather than a quick fix. When I've been actively trying to achieve some loss of control, I've found myself wetting the bed while undiapered, but only on a rare occasion. Alcohol was not involved, and I've never wet the bed any other time since early childhood, so I'd say it is the training starting to work. I usually think it's cool, but quickly decide I should be a little more careful. XD

I have been back to nightly bedwetting for over 11 years with no regrets. I could not imagine being dry at night now. Wak8ng up wet is the best feeling ever.

I started wearing diapers to bed again in my 20s. I was a bedwetter as a kid and I missed wearing them. I didn’t set out to become a bedwetter again, but I have started waking up with having no recollection that I wet. I think my body is slipping back into the old habits of my childhood. In the past when this started happening I would take a break from diapers for a bit to “reset.” As of now I am going to keep wearing diapers to bed. If I become a permanent bedwetter, so be it.

Great question.. have been on that journey for maybe 5-6 years

  • I've diapered every night no matter what for 5 yrs (on vacation w/ family, on work trips, every night no exceptions)
  • First true wetting (100% while fully asleep with no memory of it) was after 9-12 months
  • True wettings vary. I might have a week where I have true wettings 5-6 times, then other periods of several weeks where I may only have 1 every other week or so.
    • I'll have some nights where I feel I don't really need to wet the bed, so I'll limit fluids and empty my bladder beforehand. That works majority of the time (90% dry) although there are still true wettings that happen (IE I may soak myself while asleep even if I am limiting fluids and emptying my bladder before bed)
    • Sometimes I have nights where I feel like wetting so I have normal fluids but don't empty my bladder before bed. I have more true wettings then, ore than half the time
  • I totally do not count waking in the middle of the night and "letting go" as a true wetting. That's wetting when barely awake and I do that pretty much every night, only exception being if I first awaken and it's already time to get up
  • Hypnosis was a big help
  • Therapy was helpful- being non-judgemental of myself. Stopped defining a wet night as a "good" night and a dry night as a failure. Just enjoyed the true wetting nights and appreciated the nights when I didn't have a true wetting. Took a lot of the pressures off

To go a step deeper, I'd probably need to train myself to be good sleeping in a wet bed every night.

While I don't lose any sleep over true wettings (even if I'm soaked, I'm at peace and sleep fine even if awakening in the middle of the night)

However I still have some hesitancy with voluntarily making myself sleep in a wet bed. In other words, if I haven't truly wet but awaken in the middle of the night with a full bladder, I tend to release most of it but part of me still tries to keep it to the diaper (and not all over my sheets) when consciously wetting like that.

I presume that if I was 100% used to sleeping in a wet bed then I wouldn't pull back (sentence above) and it'd probably lead to more involuntary true wettings.

I started wetti g the bed again in my late 40s and after I got over the initial shock of it returning after almost 10 dry years. I decided I would do nothing to try and stop wetting and see where it took me.

Well it took me straight back to my soggy smelly habits of my youth. You see I was a chronic nightly bedwetter growing up and I never made any attempt to get dry at night. I knew bedwetting as a teenager wasn't considered normal but honestly I just didn't care. My bedwetting never bothered me and I just slept through it. I liked waking up wet and what's more I still do.

So by the time I turned 50 I wad back to nightly bedwetting and my daytime control was getting very weak so at my wife's suggestion I switched to nappies fill time.

Now 11 years on I just couldn't imagine life any other way.

I have worn diapers and plastic panties off and over the years and then purged or put everything in a box in the closet hidden away and forgotten about. Then about 18 years ago my job took me away from my family for a few years. The wife and my kids would visit, when possible, my job was a 6–8-hour drive away on the way. I had a traumatic event happen and I needed a few days off I needed something so went out and bought adult diapers and put them on I wet them and changed myself for 24 hours 5 days. I then ordered some Cloth Diapers and Plastic Pants that and would wear at night and on weekends. After two years I moved back home and my head back together.  I then went overseas and was attacked by an Afghan Soldier some of my teammates were killed others were wounded and myself included I had on again off again Incontinence the Doctors were calling it Urge Incontinence as I sometime to get to the bathroom. after 5 years I came home and no issues. In Nov. of 2020, I contracted COVID-19 and was Hospitalized and put into a Coma for a few weeks when I was moved to a room I started wetting the bed and was diapered. When I was released after a total of a month and a half in the hospital the nurse sent me home with pull-ups and diapers. Now almost 4 years later I have got where I can most days use Pull-Ups during the day but I must wear my diapers and Plastic Pants at night as I wet my diapers in my sleep and do not wake up to go potty. Today is one of the few days where I need to wear my diapers and plastic pants and have changed once already, and it is only early afternoon. I have got to where I yes, I like my diapers, but my wife thinks I am wearing them because of my Incontinence why am I wetting the doctor thinks the nerves in my back had been damaged in an old Army injury is what is causing my Issues, and I am now in my 60's and wearing some sort of protection 24/7 365. and yes, my wife knows and is aware that I wear diapers and plastic pants and use them for what they were intended.
