Not sure if anyone else caught this programme in the UK on Channel 4 (First shown Monday 12th March).
The documentary follows the lives of a handful of women who boost their income by working in the phone sex industry. Most of the programme made highly amusing viewing as these women faked orgasms and talked dirty while doing their weekly shop or putting the shopping out, but one section stood out to me.
One of the shows subjects adopted a dominatrix persona on the phone, and to be fair, she seems quite good at it. She goes on to explain that "if they tell you they are wearing a collar and leash, you know they are a puppy. If they're wearing a large nappy, you know they are an adult baby..." and then the show cuts to her taking a call whilst stood in a doorway on a street asking her caller "have you soiled your nappy".

The AB/DL section is all within the 14:10 - 15:30.
It was nice to see a programme that made reference to this fetish in a completely blasé way - no weirdness, just general acceptance on her behalf.
