we have both a android tablet and a B&W kindle. but Im always willing to collect more toys! of course my hubby would probably rather have the entire disney toddler princess collection instead!

Personally speaking, I already have both and would go for the iPad. You can do so much more on the iPad

Well even though I'm trying to get away from apple products I would go with the iPad because it has a bigger screen, twice as much storage and not to mention I have a variety of other IOS apps that I already own and could use. However if the kindle had a memory card expansion slot I might be persuaded to pick the kindle.

i have an ipad2, and a kindle 2, i don't like the kindle fire, because for me the point of a kindle is that it reads like a book and doesn't have the glare so you can read in the sunshine!

and i LOVE my ipad2 for traveling and on the plane when u don't have room to pull out the laptop...

I'd have the Kindle. Problem with the apple is if you get a fingerprint on the screen then apple recommends that you :

A) have an upgrade,
