I bought a case of the briefs and they seem to hold about 1.5 liters, tapes are reasonably secure, and in my opinion they are quite comfy. If I remember correctly they are made by Kimberly-Clarke and are quite popular here...in Asia. Haven't tried the pull-ups but I would assume they would hold about the same.
