Another definition is you like to crossdress, and you like diapers. Like nearly every gender-bending label, it's a subject of a lot of debate and confusion.
Really it's just a label, you can apply it to yourself or not. You like what you like. Calling yourself a sissy doesn't mean anything. It doesn't mean you're starting yourself on a path to something... eh.

I agree with Jen. Being sissy is more about surrendering control than it is about what clothes you wear. Clothes are just clothes. Although our society does delineate what is male and female attire, dressing as a female may not qualify a person as a sissy. It has more to do with accepting the female role.
IT has more to do with surrendering control (to me) than it does with accepting the female role. A sissy is not a powerful woman, definitely. A shemale dominatrix is no "sissy".
