Here is something you can use for a pacifier gag (penis gag) found on ebay:

What is neat about this gag is that it is LOCKABLE !

You will need an adult log in to see this item.

If that is not for you then you can see how the gag is constructed and make
your own perhaps with an actual pacifier (Nuk5).

Take a browse thru ebay. If you can not afford the stuff at least you can
get an idea of how something is constructed and make it yourself if you are
a bit handy working with leather nylon or similiar materials.

I know it is not exactly what you are thinking of and horrors it is in BLACK
and not PRETTY "PINK" but it may give you some alternative ideas.

I was planning on ordering a gag from the Dom Depot but they don't seem to exist anymore. Does anyone have any idea where they may be or if anyone sells a gag similar to theirs?

One pacifier gag I have been meaning to try is this one here made by Tantus, which is modeled after a pacifier. It might be more what you are looking for.

I would say get a regular pacifier and, then just tie it against the head yourself or something... Dave some case

If the hands are restrained in mittens removing a paci-gag or other type of gag locked or otherwise will be a problem.
Remember to play safe with some other method of communication since verbal/voice is not viable.
If doing this solo plan carefully.
So now go suck on your dummy and keep the noise down - the only noise I want to hear is the N*O*I*S*Y plastic
L*O*C*K*E*D diaper cover over your triple diapers.
If you behave yourself maybe - just maybe I will tell you where your keys are !
