Anyone have experience with these? Was curious how they stacked up against Bambino, Abena, or Secure X pluses?
Thanks
The review thing here has only three reviews on these.
Would appreciate some more feedback if it is out there

Is it just dry 24/7? If thats what you're talking about, I just got a case of them. Colour is nive and vibrant. The diaper is puffy when you put it on and holds quite a bit. The only thing the don't have to stack up to the bambino is the plastic front, although I never really had any issues with the tapes. Because of no landing zone, the are more descret. Also - I put them over top of each other and they are pretty much the same size (Although the size I ordered from Dr 24/7 was small/medium. They bunch more like an abena too, instead of gelling like a bambino or secure. One nice thing about them is the coverage - there is a nice flap at the back leg to prevent leacks when sittiing. Anything you need to know? Definately worth a try to change things up.
I made a post before though on the shipping. Plain unmarked box, but the shipping label said "Adult Briefs," and the company name "Dry24/7." I live in Canada, so I don't know if that was for customs or if they are all shipped out like that.

I'm surprised more people have not tried these? Seem to get a decent review on a couple of other sites.

I got a case. Nice big and thick. Purple too (at least in my size). Haven't had any problems with the tapes.

I think they are pinkish and the large are purple. They are plastic backed from what I have read. I would like to try these as well.
Not quite sure how they stack up against Bambino or Abena's?
Maybe someone could elaborate

The Dry 24/7s are still the best of all the diapers I've tried. They hold a lot of pee, and soothes the skin instead of irritating it, which is extra nice. They're rated for 10 hours. I've gotten one to leak in a little over 6, drinking lots of water, but most times, I can wear over 12 hours without incident. They make a good overnight diaper. I honestly prefer them over the Abenas. They're working on a new line of diapers, which I will be testing shortly. I'll be sure to post a review of the new ones when the time comes. Right now they have Small/Medium and Medium/Large, but they're working on different sizes. Small, Medium, Large, and X-Large, I believe. I must say these are worth double their price of $75 for a case of 72 diapers (Medium/Large) with free shipping. Feel free to read my review in the DD Diaper Reviews.

I tried the Dry 24/7s... ordered two cases of them in fact... but I still like the Abri-form X-plus better. The small/medium Dry 24/7s are cut too small IMHO. They don't fit me well at all and there is a lack of padding in the front. I tried a sample of the Medium/Large... and they swallow me whole... they're too big. What they need is a real small, medium, and large size... not two sizes that try to split the difference. I wear a medium in every other diaper brand on the planet... but the Drys just don't cut it. Too bad... I like their pricing and the diapers absorbed nicely... they just didn't fit well.

I guess I'll just stick with my Abris.

All right, so they came in today, and im wearing one right now. I'm a small, and this diaper is pretty awesome. Im up at 3 big wettings and its still not leaking. One more big one might push it, but this diaper is very thirsty. Very absorbant, locks in very well. Fairly comfortable, but is very wide around the crotch. Gives it alot more absorbancy than say, a small molicare, but sags ALOT. Its filled with pee and halfway down to my knees. Great absorbant diaper, but expensive, and I'm not sure its worth the cost difference.

For the package SMALL...

Small Molicare Super Plus: 14.95 for package of 14 = 1.07 per diaper
Small Abri-Form X-Plus (2200ml): 20.96 for package of 22 = .95 per diaper
Small Bambino: 18.00 for package of 8 = 2.25 per diaper
DRY 24-7 (2000ml): 28.18 for package of 18 = 1.57 per diaper

For the case SMALL...

Molicare Super Plus = 57.95 for case of 56 = 1.03 per diaper
Small Abri-Form X-Plus: 61.95 for case of 66 = .94 per diaper
Small Bambino: 69.95 for case of 64 = 1.09 per diaper
DRY 24-7: 75 (current sale 1/8/08) for case of 72 = 1.04 per diaper

So as for cost, abena seems to be on top, especially because abena has more capacity than Dry 24/7 and is cheaper, especially if you want a medium. Dry 24/7 holds 3000ml and Abena holds 3600ml.

Of note, if you were to buy a diaper by the case, the better deal is Bambino, they reduce it more than a dollar per diaper, including shipping!

Guess its up to you which one is more comphy and how much you want to pay.

I found that it held a heavy morning wetting plus two additional ones before it hit it''s max. 4th wetting resulted in bad leakage. It probably holds around 2 liters in reality.

The number one downside to this diaper is the lack of a medium size. They sell them as either small/medium (22"-32") or medium/large (30"-55"). I typically wear a medium size diaper (38 inch waist). While the medium/large fit me it was extremely big and went above my waist line on both front and back. Better wear a long shirt with this or it will be viable above your pants line.

The diaper feels thin and lightweight when dry so great if your looking for discrete. It only bulks up slightly when wet. No-where near the thickness of an abena x-plus diaper. So if your looking for that thick diaper feeling.. keep searching.

At $75 for a 72 pack with shipping included is a pretty good diaper for your buck. While a sample pack costs $5.00 they will credit that back to you on your first bag / case purchase.

Also the purple color is more a pink/purple color.

A bunch of people have said that these are expensive and I'm not sure where they are getting that from. This is one of the cheapest diapers for it's capacity.

Case of Medium Abena X-plus $57.95 for 42 = $1.37 per diaper.

Case of Medium/Large Dry 24/7 $75 for 72 = $1.04 per diaper.

Case of Medium Bambino Classic $74.95 for 48 = $1.56 per diaper.

Ah, didn't get a chance to look at the mediums. I wear a small. I guess im lucky when it comes to diapers, becuse the abena's are the most absobant and cheapest per diape. You're right tho, even against a medium abena, they're less expensive when you buy a case. Depending on how much bambino holds, its still a better deal if you want to purchase a brand by the case, because it drops almost a dollar per diaper.

I do like the feel of the diaper alot. Nice wide landing zone, soaks up alot. Material feels a bit like molicare. I'm still a fan of molicare even though they're expensive and hold less; I like the leak gaurds and the feel of the material. Still, for a medium, I might get this compared to abena.

Does anyone know the capacity of the Bambino? Even when getting a medium/large DRY 24/7 at 3000ml, the medium abena still holds 3600ml

Medium Package

Medium Molicare Super Plus: 19.95 for package of 14 = 1.43 per diaper
Medium Abri-Form X-Plus: 19.95 for package of 14 = 1.43 per diaper
Bambino: 18.00 for package of 8 = 2.25 per diaper
Small/Medium DRY 24-7: 28.18 for package of 18 = 1.57 per diaper

Medium Case

Medium Molicare Super Plus = 75.95 for case of 56 = 1.36 per diaper
Medium Abri-Form X-Plus: 57.95 for case of 42 = 1.38 per diaper
Medium Bambino: 74.95 for case of 48 = 1.56 per diaper
Small/Medium DRY 24-7: 75 (current sale 1/8/08) for case of 72 = 1.04 per diaper

Well I just ordered Tuesday a sample of the large/med, being a 38 pants there is no way the small/med would fit, hopefully they aren't to big like Abena Large that totally leak on me because they are way to big and so on the back never get a tight fit leading to major leaks.

Haven't heard anything though about if they have shipped my sample, hoping they did and just didn't send me an email. I'll try the post office on Friday as I had them shipped general delivery to my local post office.

Got my sample pack, took about a week to arrive. Just put one on. My first impression is they are soft, BIG, and fairly thick at first glance.

After one medium wetting I noticed they are very different to the depends that I am use to (and love).

They absorb differently than the depends, it feels like the wetness was sucked up quickly, but more evenly, it sucked it down into the crotch which I'm not used to, but it felt rather thirsty.

The tapes aren't as sticky as depends, unlike depends, they actually feel like they could be removed and reapplied without tearing the cover.

More in a bit. smile.gif

okay, woke up this morning in a wet one, and the verdict is. They were "different" but i didn't care for them. The insides immediatly clumped up and dropped to the bottom. I woke up with a clumpy pile between my legs by my butt. and a piece of plastic covering my front. I like it all to stay poofy up front.

Hum, interesting I'll have to see if I have the same problem, I just received mine. First thing I noticed was they have a good amount of material in the wings. They are a very big diaper like I was expecting as I have a 40" waist and these go up to 50" something. I seemed to get a pretty good fit though even though they are big. I did tuck the waist band in the front and back inside as they were above my belly button. Also tucked the bottom as there was jut a lot of extra material hanging out. So I'll let you know more when I get a chance to fully try them out.

And why has this thread not been sticked?

Just got my case today biggrin.gif They feel so soft and nice. Can't wait till I go to sleep. Last night I left my baby powder candle going all night while wearing a Bambino. Felt VERY babyish. Mommy also told me tonight she ordered a pacifier for me for my birthday in two weeks. wink.gif

"And why has this thread not been sticked? "

I pinned the topic.....

I got my sample last week and wore it all day and through the night with no leaks, I'm pretty sure it could have went a few more hours. I didn't notice any clumping on mine. They measure 24" in back 26" in front and 32" in Length all fully stretched. In the Small/Medium size. So I'd say that they are pretty lenient on that 32" waist measurement. While I always wear a true small in other brands to compare to, I would say these are the thickest diapers I've ever tried. I got that oh so wonderful thick diaper feel with it spreading my legs a bit.

I managed to pull on some black jeans (camo's a diaper better) and Went out for the day. If you were looking for a diaper then you had to know I had one on. But it wasn't overly "poofy" I have a slim build so it more or less filled me out a bit. I did have the tell tale waddle a little too.

After a few beers and a full on flood it acted as if I hadn't even wet it. I wore it the rest of the day and through the night with no leaks. It could have held another good wetting when I changed out for the day with a molicare. So I would rate it way past a Bambino, X-plus and Molicare in a small at least. Not the most discreet diaper for sure...get you a sample and check them out they have my seal of approval smile.gif

I had the clumping problem, but only after taking it off and putting it back on. I'll have to see how the second one fairs. Hum, so that is a total of 50", I have a 40" waist and wear 38 pants, wonder if I would fit in them as the med/large are certainly huge and doubt would stay up once they start to get heavy from pee. I seemed to get a tighter fit then the secure x-plus large that I ordered, but I wouldn't say they fit well. Until I try medium x-plus vs the large the best fitting ones for me have been the Molicare Super Plus medium.

They would be really awesome to double up with a smaller one under, such as the molicare super plus. With how well the molicare wicks having it under with slices in it and the drycare over would probably make a diaper that you could be in for a very long time. Lol, imagine if you filled it would be at least 10 pounds I would think.
