eew I won't even try to imagine how it would smell if been worn for over a year, used or not.

I've worn diapers since birth. I was born with an underdeveloped bladder and wasn't able to potty train. The only time Im not in diapers is 2 hours, once a week for airing out and while doing that I'm on a reusable bed pad so I don't make a mess on the floor

Over a year now 24/7. Was suggested as "Better for my hemorrhoids as cotton underwear would irritate them more and protective garments (why can't doctors just say diapers?) would help manage moisture and prevent accidents from "seepage" from them." Luckily for me I was already a DL so having to wear 24/7 wasn't an issue.

went for 4 days a few weeks ago and it felt fantastic!! if my finances were better, i might consider wearing 24/7, but more than likely, i'd just wear more often and not become dependent.

I'm increasingly wearing 24x7 as I grow older. The binge and purge phase has long ended as my testosterone has gone down and it is increasingly difficult to orgasm due to some meds I take. I find wearing a truly comfortable and pleasurable experience now. Still Sensual too.

I would say that I am diaper-free for 10-15 days during the year.

I'm just past 18 months 24/7 X 95% of the time - I used to wear underwear when I went to the gym and when I ran, but I have managed to do both in diapers for the last few months. All my remaining boxers are in a bag, stored with my winter tires, and I made a deal with myself that if I don't need them before I need the tires, then when I pull down the tires, I will toss out the boxers. It seems likely that's what will happen - I haven't had to pull them out since I put them away.
