Adult Onesie

I am just writing to find out if anyone knows where I can find patterns for adult sized onesies.

You might try making your own pattern using a tee shirt and a pair of underpants (briefs, not boxers). The trickiest part is the leg openings and making the crotch flap the proper length so it isn't to long (baggy) or too tight. It took a bit of experimenting for me to draft a pattern that fits me, but after a couple of tries, I did it and the Onesies are quite comfortable.
