Spreading Diaper Pants in US

Hi there.

I came across a vendor on Ebay - pipineni - that seems reliable and has a high satisfaction rating. They are in Hungary, however.

They sell a spreading diaper cover which I'd like to find in the US to avoid high shipping costs.

Does anyone know of a place to find something comparable or the same?

The link shows "lockable" pants but that's not necessary. They sell non-lockable versions of the same:
