I'm not going to lie, I've been thinking about this story all day. Especially this last chapter. So far it's my favorite. I'm so excited to see what happens next. I really like how you handled Emma and the regression. I also had a feeling she knew her stuffy was "alive" even if she's pretty sure it's because she thinks she's crazy lol -
I was only half way down the street before I heard the foot steps gain on me! I turned back just in time to see a man with a large bag over his shoulder and a massive, at least to me, syringe in the other! "Wh-what the he-mphhhh!" i scream against his hand as I tried to fight and kick away from his hold on me! But it was no use! I felt a sharp, painful jab in my neck as my eyes looked to see the plunger of the needle being pushed down! I thrashed, trying to get away, but it was only a matter of seconds as my eyelinds became impossibly heavy! I used the last of my energy to try to smack at the man, but my limbs were like wet noodles bouncing off a brick wall before my vision faded completely, passing out in the alley. -

She looks at the family and smiles at the kids with a timid wave. She wanted to speak but she didn't want to get Larry to interested they looked like kids and and associating with kids probably wouldn't help her reputation with larry. She watched as Larry offered to buy the other family something. Maybe he is just a nice guy, she wonders. While they prep her sandwich she goes over to the small table by the wall where she can watch them but also sit. After seeing how big the footlong was she realizes she definitely wont be finishing it in one sitting, she just defaulted to the largest size because thats what she usually does. But maybe that's a good thing then they won't have to buy anything for lunch tomorrow. She didn't know the price but hoped Larry wouldn't be upset. I mean he did say whatever she wanted. she thinks to her self -

The man sighed as the shrunken man went into an empty alley. This was why what he did was important shrunken couldn't even make proper decisions to keep themselves safe. Going into the alley he pulled a syringe from his bag. This would make his job quick and quiet. There was no need to deal with the tantrum these shrunken threw being collected when you could knock them out instead. He quickly closed the distance between himself and the tiny man putting a large hand over his mouth while the other infected the syringe into his neck. "No worries little fella I've got ya" He counted to ten waiting for the drug to take effect and the shrunken to go unconscious. -

"Okay, buddy. I'll hold your hand. It's important that we hold your hand in the parking lot. Let me help you get your shorts on, buddy" He gets the shorts out of the bag and holds them up so Benny can step into them
