iAreButterz
I've been having this problem recently, whenever I mess in my diaper, the poop likes to stick to my bum rather then going in the diaper, and I don't put my diapers on tight so thats not the problem. The only product I apply to myself before getting diapered is baby powder. Is there like certain ointments or creams you can put on yourself to keep the poop from sticking? Link to comment
deewet
Try the obvious diaper rash cream or destin . Link to comment
kevindhca
A cream will definitely help. Cleanup will be easier and you'll be less likely to get a rash. Link to comment
willnotwill
I've found Dr. Boudreaux's butt paste (in the regular yellow tube rather than the green "natural") is less noxious than other creams and works pretty well. Link to comment

Mars.inDiapers
I wear my diapers very tight, and what has worked for me was barrier cream and getting rid of hair in those parts. Link to comment
Spanky
Try changing your diet, some foods make your poop real sticky. Link to comment
Baby Brian
That would be the high fat and oil content. Remove the unhealthy fast food, soda, and other processed food and you won't have that problem any more. Link to comment
diapered1964
A wet diaper will help also. Link to comment

Not to mention the debated carcinogenic effects talc might have. - I also recommend Desitin, but only for when you Link to comment
