  1. Remember that sine wave thing I’ve been talking about all thia time? My trajectory is on the steep slope downwards… Enthusi, yes, I often get that tic-tic-tic sensation. Strange, but not bad. Quite nice, actually. Yes, Ozziebee, I think about that sine wave that you mentioned awhile back and I can relate to it. I go through periods where there is basically no control, then periods where there is more control. I am glad you mentioned it because it does help me to know what is going on. Most people who write about this journey just have very defined all-or-nothing descriptions that make me a bit suspicious of their story.
  2. I I think I know what you are referring to. A few months back I started having what I would describe as a "fluttering" sensation down below, usually only when I was sitting or laying back on the sofa. It started happening more frequently and I guess I would describe it as relaxing. Along with this I started noticing a more rapid loss of bladder/bowel control. I don't know exactly what is happening but that is my experience with it.
  3. Thanks for bringing this up. The same started happening to me over the past few months. I suppose it's an aspect of bowel incontinence that is never brought up.
  4. Unfortunately the doctor did make a lot of valid arguments. I started reading up on the different procedures to disable the sphincters and with both the mesh as well as the sphincterotomy there are complications and need for follow-up a few years down the line. Both dealing with urinary retention. For my body, as much as I would like an "open drain" type of incontinence having to deal with greater problems down the line makes it seem not worth it. On a side-note, Ferix, have you thought about why you haven't achieved your desired results through untraining where others have? Do you think it is more to do with mental issues? Or physical? Do you personally know others who have the exact results that you are looking for?
  5. The reddit army is very predictable and I would just avoid them...unless you're interested in showing off your "stash" or inquiring about how to "fluff" a diaper. Same thing, day-in day-out and they will be offended by any individual thinking. Dissenters will be downvoted! As much as I feel I am in the same shoes as you I think I would just get worn out about explaining myself and my desires to various people who are probably hearing these things for the first time in their lives. For that I have a lot of respect for you. One thing that comes to mind when I'm reading your story; someone else in these forums reported as having had the surgery but has had to have it repeated at least once (maybe more than once) as it was not successful and they still didn't have their desired outcome. This single story is what makes me less enthusiastic about this procedure. You say you have a friend who had the procedure with success? Can you share any details? Was it successful after the first time? Were there complications? Anyway, thank you for sharing your story. As I read it I realize the same things get my down about my lack of progress, etc.
  6. I wear Attends active slip 10 for exercising or if I just want something thinner (though the capacity is excellent on these). Tena slip Maxi for normal daytime diaper. For nighttime or extended sedentary periods (like working) I'll wear Betterdrys, IDslip MaxiPrime, or Rearz.
  7. I'm not actually creating a Hall of Fame. I just wanted people to share some names that have influenced them and why. I thought this would be a good idea to spread some awareness for others who might not have heard of some of these names/sites/companies. No right answers, no wrong answers. Just fun.
  8. If there were such a thing as an ABDL Hall of Fame, who would you nominate to be in it? Who do you feel has contributed above and beyond the call of duty to the great wide world of ABDLism? And please, tell us why. I'll start first; Anyone remember K.I.D. aka Kept in Dypers? She had a website in the early noughties and was the first I had come across someone "un-potty training". She had so much great content most importantly being her psychological diary of being put back in diapers. Secondy, The guy who wrote the 12 month diaper training guide. Probably the most famous piece of ABDL literature. Thirdly, Jennifer Lorraine. Her abdl stories are second to none, in my opinion.
  9. Ha! Wow, you guys really took the ball and ran with it. In no way was I suggesting anything resembling detective work to find the author. Mine was just a casual enquiry.
  10. Well, someone wrote the guide in first person and it gave an email address which I assume no longer works. It would be interesting to hear if he's around the abdl world. After all, this guide is probably the most famous piece of work in diaper fetishism. I have to assume someone at some point was in contact with him. Otherwise, it will remain...an unsolved mystery!
  11. Does anyone know what happened to the guy who wrote the 12 month dtp?
  12. I have plastic pants to wear over cloth-backed disposables but use them primarily for nighttime. Without plastic pants I find cloth-backed to get cold and thus uncomfortable when wet. Plastic pants help keep a wet diaper warm and thus, more comfortable when sleeping. For daytime, it depends. I was wearing the molicare maxi (cloth-backed) and they leak straight through. Plastic pants were essential in that case.
  13. This thread is a real black hole/vortex. Amazing. My condolences to all those who have been sucked in.
  14. Hey Gemma, I bought the splash about swim diaper for the summer this year.
