I always used to use the adult Nuk ones but I've since changed to using Tommee Tippee closer to nature fast flow ones. I find them really easy to drink from and are the only ones I use now

I opted to make my own cot and highchair. Luckily I'm pretty skilled with woodworking so that option was open to me but the cost of materials still added up. -

I think that's similar to what I had when I started using a nuk 5. The inside of my top lip at either side. I think it's from sucking too hard and it pretty much disappeared once I got used to sucking naturally.
