Checklist?

Something that I have been looking for and have never found was a checklist, sort of like they have in the BDSM world, that indicates a person interest in certain activities. On that list you can assign a number to your level interest on each thing.

What does the "1 2 3 4 5" indicate? Like, does "5" mean "yeah I really like to do that," and "1" mean "No I won't do this, go away?" or what.

You would need to include a zero too. For wetting, the 0 would be never, 1 would be almost never, then sometimes, more than one a week, often, and 5 could be more than once a day. The numbers in between represent a grading scale of how sever/often something is.

My urologist has one very similar, and includes how often I "leak" urine (ie, use my diaper). How urgent is it. How often do I get my urgency. Etc. There's about 10-12 questions and totaling all of the points up, the higher my overall score is the worse off I am.

They don't say specifically but of the possible points I think it's something like this; 1-10 is normal with some mild incontinence, 11-20 is incontinence issues that need to be addressed, and 21+ is supposed to indicate possible bodily damage is going on that needs fixing asap.

I usually have around 20-25 points, depending on how I'm feeling at that time. They seem to group the high score with depression too, since I'm always being asked about it (makes sense though).

Sounds co but it would have to be optional though. Something like that could end up separating us up into various sub-factions.
