Phoenix relished the idea of being home alone with her older sister as much as she hated it. Of course it would be fun to be able to spend time with her, but what did that mean? Tara felt better as Phoenix backed down. In reality Tara was all talk, but her sister didn't have to know that. She was just enjoying the power she had!
