  1. Don't forget exchange rate. Out cdn dollar is crap at the moment. So that 130 is basically 200 bucks for us. Sent from my ONEPLUS A5010 using Tapatalk
  2. wowsers. Who pissed in your diaper? Or we could go back to 5-7 years ago when there were basically no ABDL producers at all, and everything was super expensive and crap quality. I'll take AB universe and their open communications and great product. Would rather not pay more, but I also want them to be around for years to come.
  3. same here, haven't been able to log into tapatalk for a good couple months now. Just get a "Network Error | please try again later (login | [DD] DailyDiapers"
  4. I'm a stander as well. Center diaper with back against wall. Bottom tapes first, right then left. Then tops, left than right. Bellissimos or secure x plus depending on The day. I also usually add some transparent duct tape on the bottom tapes to keep it nice and tight. If no extra tape I usually find the bottoms will pop given a couple hours.
  5. well, if anyone is interested, sample pack (just size medium to start) is available. http://cgi.ebay.ca/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=180624395921
  6. ahh.. to live in the US.. the land of free shipping for everything.. sigh. In Canada, everything costs to ship, and if it's coming from a US site (if they even will ship to canada), the shipping cost is often equal to the product cost.
  7. That would be a buy it now price. shipping cost (at cost) on top of that. as for profit scheme.. sure i'll make some profit eventually.. i can say to round out my existing supply for all of those, i need to put another $800 in. it's not exactly cheap to buy stock of everything, and yes i would expect something back for it. talking around $12 profit per pack.. it's not something i am going to feed the family with the proceeds of. When i was looking for the best diaper, i did alot of searching, a lot more buying, and i would have happily paid for a sample pack that actually had one of each just to try out..
  8. So i am thinking of putting together a sample pack to sell on ebay, etc, and wanted your opinions on what to put in it.. currently just size Medium, would make a large pack if i had enough sales to support the purchases.. contents so far: 1 Bambino Teddy 1 Bambino Classico 1 ABU cushies 1 ABU super dry kids 1 Abena abri-form X-plus (M4) 1 Abena abri-form Extra (M3) 1 Dry 24/7 1 Molicare Superplus 1 Tranquility ATN 1 Bambino Quadro booster 1 Tranquility contour booster 1 tranquility standard booster I am located in canada (if that makes any difference to people), so would really be targeting canadians more so. was thinking $30 for the pack. I think i have all the major players for quality adult diapers, or at least these were all the ones which came up when i was searching for good diapers. I know i am missing wellness and secure, but they are a little harder to come across in Canada. So, anything i am missing which really should be in here? price sound OK? Thanks
  9. thinking of ordering a case of ABU cushies as they are currently on sale 2 for 1, as the shipping is basically the same cost as a second case, it basically equates to free shipping to canada.. my question, does anyone in or around calgary want to 'go in' on the purchase 50/50? or is there such as thing as a for-sale board around here? 2 cases of 80 will cost about 200, so call it 220 after conversion, etc, or $110 cad for a case of 80. not a bad price point really. but i just bought a case +1 pack of bambino, a case of dry 24/7, have a local supplier of abena to buy cases from.. i think i may just endanger my life with my wife if i go buying a bunch more diapers again just now.. he
  10. caredownthere for dry 24/7 b4ns for bambino / molicare / abena but of course look for local suppliers, they will always be the cheapest.. shoppers home health care in calgary carries abena in stock.
  11. so put a Dry 24/7 diaper on for the first time today. wow. I thought the Abeena Arbi-form x-plus was thick when i got those out of the package, but the dry 24/7 blows those out of the water. this thing is huge and thick. it's still a double tape, but i actually like them a little better as well.. but one thing that really struck me when i was putting this one on this morning was the plastic. it's really heavy, almost feels like a vinyl, very very sturdy. Has a good crinkle to it, not too loud, but not bad. I am currently wearing under jeans, and i think i would have a hard time hiding this one. there is a bulk that is noticeable if you are looking for it. That and it's still dry, i haven't actually wet it yet, but i cant imagine it getting any smaller when wet anyway, i might write more after i've had it on for half a day, but first impressions are very good for a heavy diaper. I dont think this one will be a daily wear, but would be great for any special occasions wear you might be drinking lots, or otherwise tied up (pun intended)
  12. FYI.. this is also cross posted on ADISC.org not really sure which of these two sites seems to have the most traffic, topics, etc.. i see a lot of people who seem to be on both, which is a shame.. it would be wonderful if all the traffic was consolidated on one site.. meh what can you do i suppose.
  13. Hi everyone, new to the diaper community. for now would classify myself as a DL (not that i believe in labels.. ).. married, into many kinks, have a long and varried profile on fetlife. Wife is aware, tolerant of the diapers, giggles when she sees me wearing, which makes me feel good. So was reading a thread on fetlife, stumbled accross a diaper bondage thread, and that just kinda got the ball rolling. My mind kinda fixated on the diaper thing, and it was about all i could think of for a week or two. So off to walmart to get a fix, got some Tenna and Depends. Started reading more DD and adisc, educated my self a bit more, and then ordered some new diapers. so far, have had a pack of Abeena M4, my Dry 24/7 showed up today, got a sample pack of Tranquility a few days ago, and still waiting for molicare and bambinos to show up. after seeing the abeena's... i am not sure i can even use the cheap wal-mart stuff anymore.. the feeling, and more importantly the usability are soo much better in the higher end diapers. Starting to look at the stash developing in my closet and having some second thoughts about my sanity.. (dont worry, i know myself well enough, i will NOT purge) Damn it's easy to drop a bit of money on this habit. Just finally getting our last child OUT of diapers, and here i go.. lol I have been pretty much 24/7 for the last 4 days. Other than a #2, haven't used the toilet at all. It's interesting for sure, and almost to the point of... hmm.. using the toilet would be nice. but i kinda made a challenge to myself, so for the time, i am keeping the diapers on. Only interested in wetting, no interest in messes, or AB stuff, just enjoy wearing diapers, and the feeling of 'loss of control' (I am also a subbie..) My newest challenge is finding a good middle ground for day use. So far the tranquility slim-line seems to work fairly well during the day, basically disappears under clothes. much harder to do that with the abeenas or even harder (impossible) with the dry 24/7. Strangly, i really have no issues with wearing all day, am comfortable wearing in public, and to work, and have been toying with the fantasy of being found out and having to use the 'medical issue' line as cover.. the fun part about that, once it's used, it's kinda hard to resume 'not wearing' again. Will see i suppose. I can see many 'features' for being diapered, long drives, etc. so, that's my diapered life so far, nothing too long, not much history, still learning my way around the various brands, and how to tape them up for the best fit (especially hard with the abeena's and others which are a tape once and it's done, or at least cant reposition the base tab easily) outside of diapers, i would call myself a fairly normal person (definition of normal could be another discussion). I have a busy life between family, work, and volunteering. Hobbies... woodworking when i have time, books, trolling various online boards (whatever the subject of the day is, furnaces, home audio, computers, tech, fetlife, DD, etc..) Profession, i am an IT do a little bit of everything person.
  14. Hmm.. just started wearing in the last couple weeks. The idea actually came up in a fetlife post about bondage, and something in my head kinda clicked. since then, i have been in a diaper mostly 24/7 for the last week (yes, when i jump, it's with both feet).. They are somewhat comforting, i like the feeling of wearing them, and initially it was for the bondage and control aspect, of not being allowed to use the toilet. My wife (bless her) is mostly amused by this latest kink, she mostly just smiles and occasionally laughs at me (which i like).. as for usage, i just wet them. really not interested in scat play, and i have no desire to clean up poopy bums. we have three kids, last one is just finally getting OUT of diapers.. LOL.. wife made a comment along the lines of she thought she was finally done with diapers then here I go.. hehehe. I am into other kinks, including anal, so poop doesn't really bother me as much as it might some others, but still, not intersted in sitting in it.
  15. The Tennas i picked up in walmart are the cloth-backed variety with velcro tabs. there is some sound, but not a whole lot at all.. Honestly for cheap crinkle, just pick up a pack of depends at any walmart, shoppers, sobeys, etc, etc. it's white plastic, 6 tapes, and makes a good amount of noise. but dont expect them to hold more than one wetting.
