Looks like to much waistband and the padding doesn't go up high enough :glare: I have tried a lot of pull ups and the ones that come the closest are the 'new' ones from protection plus. They redid the padding so it goes up higher in front, and cut down on a lot of the excess waits band 'stuff' and redid the sizing so they fit and work a LOT better....don't know about these here, but by just the pic, they have to much waist band and the padding is to low in front....oh well. maybe they work better *shrug* we'll find out when you get your sample.

Pretty impressive for a pullup! Kept me dry all afternoon and evening yesterday. Fit is good, nice waist band, doesn't sag like some of the cheaper brands. For the truly incontinent a good daytime solution. As always pull-ups aren't made for those who intentionally full-void at high pressure, but if you leak on accident, or slow wet they will work for you!

I've tried literally ever pull up on the market and a month back received a sample of these. I had high hopes but like nearly all pull ups, the problem I run into is the gaps. Without tapes to pull them closer to my body or tighter elastic, there's just too much room for the pull-up to get out of place. With an all over brief, plastic outer shell, it's a snug fit and dribbles running up, down or sideways are caught by the padding. With pull-ups, in the sitting position, dribbles often tend to go up, towards my waist and there's nothing there to catch that so I often wind up with a wet pull-up above the front padding area and therefor, wet pants. I wish I could say I this is the pull-up that worked for me but it didn't . Nothing against these as I haven't had good luck with many pull-ups. The only ones I've actually had a positive experience with were the Tena Mens Super and the Abena m3 underwear. They have a much closer to the body fit, like tighter elastic and good front to back absorbency.

If you've had luck with many other protective underwear brands, these will probably be a good fit for you.

Free samples are being offered so it's worth a try to test them. If you wear a brief with frontal zone protection and it's often used, I don't think many if any pull-ups will work. Just the nature of the product.

The Tena Mens Underwear do not have any leakguards at all and essentially the same type of waistband as the NorthShore FlexSupreme. I think what is most important is to try and find the best fitting size among any of the pull-ons to minimize leakage.

I got a sample of this pull up in size large and Medium I tried both and I have to say I don't like this product at all The padding is too low in the front and it has a weird kind of feel to it when wearing it it's like low rise in the back. the padding definitely needs to be higher in the front. And the hole pull up it self needs to fit higher in the back. Depend Brand definitely has a much better fit

I just tried on my sample and sadly, I'm not a fan. Overall, it's specifically because of the fit. While the stretchy panels are a nice fit, it's not snug at all. The material on the hips don't hug my body at all, so the absorbent padding isn't held close enough to my body. The padding center sits very low, so these are not optimal unless standing, maybe sitting. These feel like the cut of the band is high cut on my hips and the top of the pull up is low rise, meaning they slip down because they just aren't snug. And trust me, these are the right size.

I much prefer tena pull ups.

I've been using the Abena pullups for years and I just got a bag of Large and Medium to try. So far, I like these better. Though I can fit into either, I do like the snugger fit of the Mediums. The cloth liner doesn't wick out as much- the Abenas always made my jeans feel damp. These also seem to wick better so that I am able to get more use between changes. Both Medium & Large will overflow the leg gathers, which never happens with the full diaper version. Of course Abena has the same issue.
