  1. That's a shame CD. Your concept has let lots of people develop their own stent safely. I have had a tiny spot of blood once, when my bladder was a little filled and I must have been pushing against clenched sphincters. And that freaked me out. Probably just a little scratch of the urethral lining. But what spargano shows looks truly awful. No one should play with stents till they have had plenty of experience with catheters. You've got to know what pushing through the sphincters feels like, how much to push, how to relax and not to be freaked out by the insertion and clench. There shouldn't be any pain. There should be a little resistance and then a weird, almost pleasant feel as the stent/catheter pushes through the sphincter, then again through the bladder neck.
  2. If that is the case, and I don't know there have been any studies, I expect that the overall cleanliness around the tip of the penis is much better with undies and a collection bag, than a diaper. A wet diaper is a great route for fecal bacteria to move from your bottom to your front, even without any messing involved.
  3. Somewhat surprisingly, it is the exterior of the indwelling catheter where the bacteria mostly grow. The flushing of the urine down the centre tube keep that part mostly clean.
  4. Im no doctor, just a smartish guy with a ghoulish interest in the subject. Sphincterotomy and bladder neck resection is a major operation. So many people that try it, end up with strictures, and get the opposite of what they wanted. Then have to go through multiple procedures just to keep peeing. Plus it comes with the dangers of severe bleeding and infection. We like to think of the sphincters as little rubber bands of muscle that can be easily cut, but as stent makers we know better - we know they are wide bands of muscle deeply integrated into the surrounding structures. Stopping these from working isn't easy. The surgeon has to really cut deeply. Stick with your stents. Your likely to get a much better result than letting the surgeons take their lasers to your insides.
  5. Good luck for your surgery. I hope it all goes smoothly and you get the result you hope for. I expect you will get some bleeding, there are a lots of blood vessels down there, but do discuss with your surgeon, what is too much bleeding, and when and if you should call for help.
  6. Yes please zraihusky. We would love to see your stent.
  7. Interesting. It sounds as though the tube goes past the external sphincter, and leaves you relying on the bladder neck for continence. That would mean you void automatically as the bladder fills. How long is the tube?
  8. I relate. I have always felt apart from the adult world and managed it by skirting around adult responsibilities. I expect it is undiagnosed autism spectrum disorder.
  9. This shop has something similar in different diameters. https://www.etsy.com/au/listing/1266685218/threaded-urethral-sound-urethral-plug Would it be easier and smoother just to buy some 9mm fittings?
  10. Yes. If you are one of the lucky few. My boyfriend is totally hypnotizable and for him, incontinence is just one post hynotic suggestion away.
  11. Unfortunately most buttplugs dont consider the anatomical shape of our butts, that is why they are all uncomfortable. There is the idea that the anus sphincter is short, like a donut of muscle, and toys only provide a short groove before the plug flares out. In actual fact the the sphincter is a wide band of muscle almost 2 inches long. So this means the anus is always jammed open uncomfortably and there is always a strong inward pressure on the plug which will cause painful rubbing on the perineum. A comfortable plug will also need a narrow flange so it will sit nicely in the arse crack, especially if you want to sit, or walk around. Finally the rectum takes a quick 90 bend upwards after the sphincter. A straight, inflexible plug will just poke you in the prostate, fun for a bit but painful after a while. Also it will kink your urethra and make it hard to pee, who needs that? Thats why the devils plug shape is closest to what we need. The other example of what is comfortable is the square pegs platinum eggs. Great shape for insertion, and so flexible they fit your insides comfortably. If you want to work up to larger plugs get a few of these babies. Such a comfortable plug you can probably fit a couple sizes bigger than what you think.
  12. It isnt something I do often. But when I do I prime the pump with some laxatives, insert the plug, tape on a diaper and pull on plastic pants. Then a few hours later the feeling of suddenly, uncontrollably filling my diaper is quite delicious. This very comfortable plug makes the experience. Every other hollow plug Ive tried is uncomfortable, even painful, and constantly reminds you that you are plugged. Its just a shame that you have to cut your own hole. Its an expensive toy and it would be easy to wreck. Ive written to oxballs asking for a version with a through hole, maybe if a few more people asked, they might consider it.
  13. I dont think Anal stretching will lead to much anal incontinence. I have friends who can take enormous toys but have no trouble with incontinence. The best through hole buttplug shape i have found is the oxballs devils plug. But you will have to carefully cut the through hole all the way through. The hole, as bought, only goes 3 cm in at the top. Im wearing one today, glued in with Telesis silicone glue, and i can barely tell its there apart from a nice full feeling. The glue stops any rubbing so that makes it much more comfortable, enough that you can easily sleep with it in place. Any the glue is easily removed with the proper solvent
  14. Tunnel plugs are, unfortunatly, the wrong shape. The rectum turns 90 degrees after the wide band of muscle that is the anal sphincter. That means most tunnel plugs push up against the rectal wall. No flow. For long term wear, we really need a plug that turns, and has a narrow flange so it doesnt irritate the buttocks. A shape much like the oxballs devil plug. But with a through hole, rather than just the dimple in the tip. If you are careful you can cut the hole through the devils plug, but its not a perfect solution, as the rough surface thats left is imposdible to really clean and sterilize. Its also a scarey prospect modifying such an expensive toy as silicone tears easily. The perfect product would have a smooth through hole. A longer narrow portion, and the turn to be more pronounced. The anal sphincter is longer than most people think, and if the plug swells open early there is always a pull inward on the plug, causing long term discomfort.
  15. The theory is the top section hooks around into the bladder, the middle section sits in the prostatic urethra and runs through the external urethra and the the final section curves into the penile urethra to end approximately 10cm inside the penis. (YPMV)
