DailyDi
In an agitated mood today and can't seem to shake it. Trying to get people to "just leave me alone today" so I don't unfairly blow-up at them... but they don't get it. Link to comment
DiaperBoy37
Distract yourself until you are no longer "adgitated" and then try to solve the issue that caused you to be like that. Unless you woke up like that... then just distract yourself with something you like to do. Link to comment
feralfreak
i know that feeling, i get that way when someone would preach at me(no ammount of scripture is gonna convince me of anything), id suggest investing in a punching bag, or setting a target up and grab a gun, do some shooting, or if you have a lathe or access to one, try your hand at woodturning, once you get a piece roughed down it can be very relaxing. when ive been stressed sometimes it helps to hold something cuddly, i did every night we was at the hospital for my moms bypass, or you might load up a game and take out your frustrations on game characters, i like to do it to the zombies of re5 Link to comment
Baby Brian
I find one of the best ways to calm down is to wear a diaper. I'm betting you're already doing that though. Link to comment
AwakenEvil
Hugs bro. Sometimes I find I have to step back from my obligations for other things. If you are feeling that way maybe take a short break for a day or so. Simply turn off those things that will trigger you. Link to comment
beallucanb
Retreat to your bedroom or wherever you can be alone without distractions, put on your favorite movie the kind you can get lost in, then try to not see anyone. Link to comment

square_duck
I guess like everyone else I get in a pissy mood now and then, sorry to hear you are having "one of those days" As you have noticed, trying to figure out it's source is near impossible and figure out how to deactivate it is difficult. I used to go for a long hard fast bike ride to work off excess energy and tire myself out, now I do what I can to relax as mentioned and distract myself. I build models as a hobby, so I grab a project and put on some music that I enjoy and get lost in the moment of creativity. I think shifting out of the 'left brain' into a "right brain' mode helps a lot as it's more relaxing and you don't have to 'think' about what you are doing, and all your cognitive 'stuff' is put on hold while you are doing something where that 'process' isn't needed. also wearing a diaper seems to help a lot as well, but as mentioned already, I am sure you already have that covered Hope your day works out better then it started. Repaid1
I'm able to just shut the door and power phone off. I then go to the POW (People of Walmart) Site. General in a hour or so I am refreshed...Somebody always has it worse Link to comment
Hookedondiapers
What works for me is retreating into my man cave, cuddling my blanket and reading sites like POWm and Failbook. Link to comment

id0ntknow
I will also suggest loading up a game you enjoy. It really helps me out when I'm feeling ticked off, and sometimes I even do better when I'm mad, since I'm not actively focusing on trying to do well, and just wind up doing well by accident. Just make sure it's not a game that can get you even more frustrated, such as Ninja Gaiden on Master Ninja difficulty. Link to comment
