Spoiler Alert: Woman in a wet diaper on screen! It's been years since I've been on these forums, and my search skills might not be up to snuff, but I did look and didn't find any references to this movie. "Housewife's Afternoon Delight" is a Japanese movie from 2010. It is on Netflix right now. It's about a woman that has an affair. She and her lover take care of each other very gently and even play with some baby toys. About two-thirds into the movie, he is caressing her and suddenly says something like, "Let's remove your diaper." The camera pans down to her legs and shows a wet pull-up fall between her legs as if he just un-taped it. He then comments on how wet she is, and she answers, "I'm so embarrassed." The diaper is shown for about two seconds, but Wow! Is it worth it! If you have Netflix, watch it right now before they remove it.
