Why would these companies try a stunt like that and risk bringing what is private into the public eye by bringing it into the court system to legally enforce the trademark, thus bringing the communities involved to the attention of wags and persons who try to cash in on chaos? Especially when there is nothing in it for them. In the case of Rearz.
