Discipline ideas to turn bad behavior around

I hope this is the right place to post this, excuse me if its not.

I was wondering how other AB/DL are disciplined? Do you have rules and consequences? How would you be disciplined for bad behavior, if you disobeyed a rule how would it be dealt with.

For me, I've got rules that I need to follow or can expect a punishment. Swearing I may get a spanking and mouth washed out with soap followed by corner time. Not doing chores, I may get corner time and not being able to change right away(not like a long time, but long enough that I'm uncomfortable). Be grounded and having to wear/use my diaper 24/7, which I know for some is the norm, but when I don't get to be in control it is punishment. Having to carry extra diapers and find a bathroom and hope no one notices.

I'm trying to turn bad behavior around and not be such a bratty little girl. I was wondering if anyone had any ideas or ways they are disciplined that have been effective in tuning behavior around.

Some will say the nastiest punishment is to be ignored. Whether you are a bratty girl or boy, not being punished is worse then being ignored.

for the most part abdl punishments are fairly common sense, like the ones you described. Mouth soaping, corner time, spanking, time outs in a crib, refusing diaper changes, occasional bondage, ect.

For some people the same side that brings regression -the emergence of the inner child-can also bring unresolved behavioural issues so you may feel that in that context punishment spanking may make sense. You may well feel sticking your 'grown up' hat on, you have issues on that side too.

For others it can either pure role playing, sensual or even connected to sexual thoughts (keeping things as kid friendly as I can)

As much as laying their and taking your punishment is a exercise and giving up control. Allways wanted to experience a spanking where you truly are unable to stop it no matter how much you scurm or try to get up and run away. Now that's a true punishment bacause your cooperation is not required

I like the idea of being partially restrained, meaning that you would not be able to get away, no matter how hard you try, until you have received your full spanking.

Your punishment would be laid out before hand, X number of swats with a paddle, hair brush, wooden spoon, whatever. Then you would be secured into whatever spanking position. Your arms and legs would be unsecured. If the spankie were unable to control him or herself and block the spanks with either their hands or feet, then the spanker would tell them to move their hands or feet and add more spanks to the punishment.

Refusing diaper changes is probably the one my mommy uses the most often - it's so demoralizing that I instantly become less bratty and totally apologetic!
