wetman Posted March 9, 2012 Posted March 9, 2012 @ all I don't usually use the chat anymore (mainly because of that bitching there), but I just tried (because of this thread) and had an agreement banner to click before I went in. Can it be that you tried to access the chat through another shortcut that circumvents the banner and then your 'agree'-flag didn't get set and the chat doesn't allow you in? I clicked the 'chat' link in the top row where it says dailydiapers forums members gallery and so on...
DiaperPailPat Posted March 9, 2012 Posted March 9, 2012 I occasionally get that message, usually after long periods of inactivity. Does the chat room time out? I hope not, sometimes I just like reading what everybody else is talking about. Or is a moderator doing this?
Repaid1 Posted March 9, 2012 Posted March 9, 2012 The chat does have a time out, I know it is set pretty high up, in the hours range. Glitches are expected from time to time. this may have been one of them. IPBoard host the chat engine on their site and as such they may do maintenance from time to time as well and we don't generally get a warning. Try entering the chat a bit later and see if all is well.
