It's funny because it still happens, but where I went to school(in the early 90's), if you pissed or crapped your pants you got a diaper and a used clothes to change into(dontated by parents each year).

Actually, I think the rules are fairly close in pretty much any state.

No joke, this happened to me. Being put into diapers was the punishment for not taking a nap at the pre-K I attended in Houston, TX. When another kid and I were not taking our nap the teacher came over and asked me if I wanted to be diapered. I naturally resisted because diapers are for babies. After the teacher left, the other kid looked at me and said, "it's not that bad." The rest is history. I'll never forget that moment.
