Negative Reputation?!

With the latest upgrade and my new crystal ball, you folks would be surprised at who is voting who. With that said it isn't hard after being here for about 5 years to know what pushes others buttons and as such why they pushed yours. The thing you don't see is the ongoing battle on certain posts. It really is quite entertaining a post can have 4 negs then 5 pos and all you guys see is a plus 1. I have noticed that with the recent changes certain people have backed off being so zealous with the button, and even more so that they know "we" can see who did it now. So in this instance Change is good....that was in no way a endorsement for the present president and his policies.

i'm not any less zealous at all, my problem is, although i've given money to this site through the amazon link, and i swear one time i actually donated right through paypal i don't have baby banker status... now i really dont care if people know i donate or not, what i care about is that i am currently LIMITED in the number or rep poiunts i can give....

i rep who i feel needs a negative... and i would hope before getting banned by the mods, they would take the time to ask my reasoning behind the reps i assign, as I can give reasons more tahn just "i dont like her"....

i dont know it was a long time ago.... i can't donate all the time, i don't alwas have money to... but whenever i can find the amazon link through here i would buy using that link.. but i believe that is anonymous... i really don't care for the baby banker status, i just want to give myself more positive rep points a day!

You have always been able to give yourself positive (and negative) points. As I have said before... the whole system is utterly useless and only serves to create controversy.

It's funny. Even when I write posts that don't generate controversy, I still get trolled with negative rep. Whoever is doing that is just wasting their time.

oh bel i've been giving myself positive rep points since this thing was rolled out how else do you think i'm at where i am? lol because i recognize the absurdity of the system and instead of fighting it, i just use it to better myself... you can fight against somethign pointless or you can roll with it and use it to your benefit...

when I use the clickables, I am unlimited, if I try to import them I am limited to two. As much stuff that gets taken out of context here, I think it is important to be able to use them so others know the tone of a post. Smiles help define the line line between sarcasm and pissy

I think you posted in the wrong thread mate. The thread with the site update has info on the smileys, and nope it isn't a admin setting as far as we have found.
