Premier underwear are  very thick and soft.  They are noticeable under pants in the rear especially.  I almost feel like I waddle in them.

Got a case of Attends Premier diapers.

Someone at Attends has finely got it right they are premium diapers and hold about 4 to 5 wettings and good overnight diapers.

What used to be known as ATTENDS REGULAR PLUS SLIP 10 .

NOW BEEN RE BRANDED AS ATTENDS CLASSIC,  SUPPOSED TO BE SAME PRODUCT just new packaging. 

Well after trying 3 of the pack and unsuccessfully trying to get the tapes to stick or trying to get sides to be tight , as the sides are now the same as Abena and boots ie pad in middle and woven sides. 

So now stuck with 1 x full un opened pack and 12 x loose ones as they have now obviously completely useless. 

I.mean the old saying is why change a product that doesn't need changing.

I'm switching from Amazon overnight underwear ($1.17 per unit) to Attends Stretch Briefs with Advanced Dry-Lock Technology due to cost ($0.59).  Got 96  of them coming Sunday.  I imagine they will last longer and be more comfortable.

I had the same experience, first with Attends and now with Abena. They simply dropped the good diaper in favor of junk. I am shocked and in utter disbelieve of what is happening and why they do it.

Yet u read description it states same great product just new design packets ,which is false littereraly just a thin pad in middle of some cheap fabric been badly stitched on sides .

For the money they charge for them ie increased price but decreased on everything else .

Yes that's also what they told me. I was assured they were the same Abena's in a new 18 piece package.
I went through the trouble of telling them and they act like they don't understand and are sorry "you're not happy with the improvements".

At what point did Attends start getting bad? I see them on eBay and want to make sure I get the ones before they started to suck. (I remember getting the free samples back in the late 90’s from the local pharmacy, but I couldn’t quite fit into a large at the time.)

I was going to ask if you would happen to know what year that was. I saw that one of packs in question was made by PaperPak. I think that was when those went bad. Too good to be true.  🥺

Thank you. That could be a minor reason there were all those sample packs were being given away. (They were in with a bunch of other stuff I think they were trying to get rid of.). I kind of remember Depends samples were being sold too. I saw those at Walmart, not the pharmacy in question.

When I first started out , mid 2018 , my wife took it upon herself, to just put me back in diapers , as I was having many accidents on the carpet up stairs in the hall and my bed room and the bath room , and she came back with attends , xtra large I do believe , but they fit ok , but at that time , I didn’t find any relief in them , I just wanted to be dead , I was not the , man, to be wearing diapers , but my ability to make it to the toilet , was a very losing bet , so I had lots of accidents on the floor , on our off white carpet , upstairs in the hallway , and I came up short many times as I just couldn’t make it to the toilet , I was soo depressed , I just wanted to be dead , my wife was changing me , for the first 4 months , and I was always bitchen , you can just leave me , or put me in a home , but no , she was very loving and kept on changing me like I was some kind of toddler , and this went on for like 4 months , then one day , in mid change , I was bitchen , and she just threw her hands up in the air , and said , good then you can just learn how to change your own diapers , and got up a huffed off ! I just laid there for a short time , and I just learned to finish getting all tapped up ! I got them a little snug tighter than her , and checked the standing leg gaurds , in position , and then pulled up my plastic pants over them got them fitting right, and I was so proud , I showed my wife , how good did I do ? And she just said , it’s a diaper , not a tuxedo she asked me about the leg bands , and she checked on , and just said , good , and that was that but the next morning , she came into my bed room and kissed me good buy as she , was the one working now and she checked my diaper , it was wet just a little but I hadn’t pooped it yet ! I could tell she wasn’t mad any longer , and told me , just how to change myself , but I just told her I had it all under control , she left me , and went to work , she called around noon , to check up on me , andI told her it was wet but not , soaked , and I had pooped just a tad but it was not ready to change , I wasn’t going to change  it until it was full and I did fill it up right before lunch , but it wasn’t full yet , so I had my pj bottoms on and was watching tv soon after lunch , and watching old b/w gangster movies from the mid 49 thru the 50’s ,  just drinking my water and raspberry iced tea , and about 2:00 , I felt like I needed to mess some more in my diaper , and sure enough I got it full , and I dribbled it some more , and thought that it was time for that change ! 
I got up to my bedroom , got 3 plastic grocery bags and the pads from down stairs that I was lying on , but I took all 3 bags and the cleanest diaper pad into the bathroom , got every thing out of the tub , took off my pj’s which had those dark crescent marks around  the leg holes of them plastic pants , chucked , every thing into the bucket, got in the , tub in my diaper and just shinned it down , put it in the plastic bags , and it was a done deal ! I showered , and was squeaky clean . And since I was pretty sure I was not going to poop anymore that day , I just got into a pair of sweat pants , and if I felt like I was going to pee , I just , even on the coldest days , just go afew feet to one of my 3 porches and piss of the porch , yeah I have wet spot about the size of a silver dollar , but I can make it most days with one diaper , and I will just pee off the porch , until I go to bed at 8pm , and I am all peed out in the toilet , but my bms don’t come until I am asleep in bed , and in the morning , but my butt is to dirty to sit on the toilet , and I just use my diaper when , I am going to start messing my diaper during the day . That’s my daily routine ! 
But that only lasted for about 5 months , and I looked on line , and found , them north shore , diapers called and they sent me bunch of , diapers for free , and I found them very comfortable, and I was buying a case f them as needed , then the mega max came out , and again I called and got a few samples of them , again for free, so I thought I would just , get a case , they at the time were a new diaper , as they were a 10-12 hour diaper , but I could just destroy them in 2-3 hours , and I called and bitched , and they sent me several 10 packs , and then they came out with the colored ones , and I got 2 of each , at no cost , but they too , where only lasting 4-5 hours , I had bought a few cases , and it seemed 1-2 outta the 10 , was just falling apart after a good , bm , and maybe a few wettings , and again I would call and bitch , so after getting more free diapers , I just went to all cloth diapers , a few different kinds , but it took some time to learn how to get them , pinned on properly , and it took me about 10 minutes to get them on , but I finally found ones that just snapped up , and I added up to 3 soakers in them , and it always took a bunch of time , the laundry , and such ! Then I found these adult cloth training pants from , rearz , and ended getting 26 pairs of them , and just a day or so , I just pulled a pair of them out , and got all powdered up , covered them in one of my many pairs of plastic pants , and oh , did they , as always just make me feel like a5-7 year old , naughty kid that just never caught on to being potty trained , so I just used them as diapers , and I have no control over my bladder or bowels , and they just sorta just fill up all by themselves , and I might spend 6-16 hours , in a pair of them , and when I change them , it’s because , I have too , and they are soaked , and messy from front to back , but I all but , have to feel a rash coming on before , I get out of them , and clean up , but I can’t help it as they feel so good , soaked and very pooped , and only ever get a rash , but maybe , once a month , and I just clean up , real good then make sure I am really dry , then I just apply , this , “butt balm” and rub it in real good , and the next day , any rash , I might have had is gone !

A local home medical supply store sells Attends Premier diapers which makes stopping in to buy a bag very convenient. Sales lady knows me but is professional and has never said anything about my diaper purchase. They are very good diapers, soft, hold multiple wettings, but sag substantially after 2-3 wettings. I always wear plastic or PUL pants, or a printed cotton/lycra, or satin diaper cover to add support and prevent wet diapie sag. Of course a onesie would work great, but I am just not into onesies. I actually had one on today from about 7:00 am to 4:30 pm and when I changed, the diaper was very wet with good distribution of my pee pee and no leaks.

They also sell an array of underwear, pads and boosters.

The overnight are pretty soft inside and outside.  I would not recommend max as it's only $0.58 and a bit crinkly.  You can always put a booster in it.

If memory serves right, I had a problem with one of them and they were exceptionally nice about it.  They did send a replacement package.

@2sail2 I'm getting them through the VA so I don't have much of a choice about what I get. The Ultimate aren't very ultimate, and I seriously question the intelligence and sanity of the designers. I wonder if they have ever worn or used what they designed.

I've had this on for about 2 hours and not used it. It's falling off me, and kind of pointless. It might work for someone that is in a coma and motionless, but I doubt it.

They are not the old Attends I remember.

i have to wear a bariatric size but find they are too loose, no elastic so they fall off unless you wear them under a brief or pants.

Absorbency is so so, definitely not a nighttime diaper.

I have used Attends Slip Regular L10 during nights about one year and while being far from the old Slip Regular Plus L10 they would take a sleep wetting but suddenly that was over, they started to leak while being far from saturated.

Attends Youth Diapers are my go-to for those moments between showering and leaving for work, or if im only leaving the house briefly for a store run or something. They seem to have maintained the same quality with each pack I've purchased, so hopefully they dont undergo the same "improvements" that the other models did. I feel hopeful though, because I couldn't find them online for a few months last year and then they showed back up on carewell as the same diapers im used to. 

They fit perfectly for me, and they are surprisingly absorbent for how thin they are. I love the tapes; they can be adjusted a few times without losing integrity which is rare for disposables. I like them enough to have added 2 packs to my monthly subscription from Carewell since they're SUPER cost effective.
