I wear them because, they feel so good under my footed sleepers, but with plastic pants, it feels much better.

I just like to wear them, but I don't wear all the time, I go for awhile without diapers and then wear for a few weeks stright, not 24/7, you need time so you don't get rash.....

Need is a doublesided term for me.

I am incontinent, so that's one need. However - I am also an Advanced Baby, so even if I wasn't incontinent diapers would still be a psychological need for me, along with my binky, bankies, toys, etc.
