Hannibal (Tv Series)

Anyone else watching this? Has to be one of my favorite shows on TV right now. I was super bummed when I found out that instead of doing the much more interesting (to me anyway) Mockingbird Lane, Bryan Fuller was now working on a crime procedural based on Hannibal Lecter. Didn't sound like something I gave a crap about. Between almost every show on network TV right now I have had my full of crime shows.

Hannibal is like a dark and serious version of Pushing Daisies in a lot of ways. I still get sad sometimes that we didn't get more Pushing Daisies. I loved that show so much.

I actrually didn't watch the last three episodes for several years because I didn't want it to be over.

When I finally did watch them I as so disappointed by the lack of conclusion. Seeing a show end is one thing, seeing a show end in the middle of a story line is another.

I am hoping big time Hannibal isn't canceled before it even gets one season.

The fight in this week's episode and the aspects dealing with Hannibal admitting he sees Will as a friend were great. I love this show so much.

Looks like even if it gets cancelled someone else will pick it up.

It's all stored on the Sky box's hard drive, IIRC so it's something to watch next week once I'm caught up on Game of Thrones, Breaking Bad and Dexter.

I would say Hannibal is more Bryan Fuller than anything else. I too was burnt out on all things Lecter but 5 minutes into the first episode I was totally on board.
