Finally Told Parents

So I finally told my parents about my ab\dl side. It was hard but now that it is out. I feel ten times better. I come out to them bc I meet and have my own babygirl. And I don't want to hide that from them. But it was weird as my mom who likes to talk doesn't seem to want to and my dad who get upset and angry wants to talk. I was just worried about what they would say or do. But I am happy with my baby and being a Daddy and now I have nothing to worry about now. It took 13 years to come out and tell them. I am just glad it went the way it did compared to what I thought it would have been. Now I just need to tell my best friend of 18 years but that seems like the hardest one to do. Any advice?

I've gone through some internal debates on if I should tell some of my friends or not. Of course the friends I wanted to tell are also my roommates so I decided in favor of keeping the secret.
